Looking to spend some quality time with your family or alone. This cozy basement apartment is the perfect option for you. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

Stay cool and relaxed at Bohemian Rhapsody

This is our private residence. We renovated the lower level into an apartment style suite to accommodate guest. Quiet and peaceful you are nestled into a country atmosphere but have all of the convenience of restaurants, shopping, parks and outings at your fingertips. Twenty minutes from the Airport and Downtown Atlanta. You will have access to a totally private space and private pool. The pool is seasonal and is open when the weather permits. Absolutely no events or large parties allowed.

The living room provides a dry breakfast area which includes refrigerator, kerig coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and microwave. Also, there is an eating area. We have a sitting area outside of your room for smoking. There is a 2 car maximum. (No more than 2 cars; we can't accommodate large trucks/trailers). Private/Keyless entry. NO PARTIES or unregistered guests. Exterior camera by entrances. No Pets!

Enter the gate and step back in time. Located on historic property, the carriage house is behind the main house. A private outdoor staircase takes you to a unique and cozy space that sleeps up to four in two comfy queen beds. With eclectic charm the large studio features the best of old and new, lots of exposed granite and wood. We live on the property, but the studio is private. Easy going, we are non-judgmental, and all are welcome.

Private 2 bedroom basement apt w/ separate entry

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Separate entrance to the entire basement where you can benefit from the spacious living room; 2 bedrooms; private bath; private laundry; kitchen area to prep small meals (there’s no stove for now, but you do get a hot plate and air fryer); and you can also enjoy your morning coffee on your own separate serene back porch. The only thing we share here is the driveway!
