This house was amazing!

We had the most lovely, relaxing weekend at the cottage! The view is amazing and the cottage is super cozy. Leslie and Gordon are very kind, welcoming hosts. This is a pet friendly gem in an amazing location!

This was a beautiful apartment to stay in, the view to the Union river, and evergreen trees was absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was clean and well designed and had lots of space. A short walk to Josie‘s country store & Café every morning for breakfast was perfect. A quick drive into downtown Ellsworth, where there are lots of restaurants, shops and pubs, then a bit further to Acadia national park, roughly a half hour drive, in April. We loved hiking in Acadia on Bar Harbor Island. What a great visit to Maine!

Nancy and her place were awesome! The furniture was comfortable and functional and the view from the living room is so nice! It was so peaceful! We were here in late April and had 2 days of great weather and 2 days of rainy ish. Nancy had great recommendations for hikes and went out of her way to search for a kayak rental company for us (none were open as it was too early in the year but the fact that she researched it for us was so nice!). On the rainiest day we stayed in and just enjoyed the view and peace. We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

This is my third booking with Dwayne and it was, as always, a great experience. The rooms are large and well furnished. The kitchen is spotless and has everything one might hope for. It is a very comfortable stay! Thank you!

Stayed for a weekend with 5 people - the space was perfect us! With 3 beds and 2 baths we didn’t feel on top of each other inside. We opted for free street parking which was never an issue. There’s a handful of coffee shops, restaurants and bars with 5-10 min walk. Old Port is about 20 min walk but very easy and safe. We loved being around the block from the ocean and east prom!!

Quiet and serene. We visited with 3 kids and our dog. We spend spring break here and being early in the season most stores and restaurants were jot yet open. We managed amd had good quality family time. Loved the area which had ample Preserves to go on one or two walks each day. The house was clean and had ample supplies from towesl to kitchenware. Highly recommend this spot. Thank you!

It is an old house so don’t expect modern conveniences but the location is amazing. The town is easily within walking distance and there are fun things to do and see all around. The hosts directed us to 27 Fathoms where the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend this location and this place.
