Quaint lakefront cottage with the bonus of a separate guest house. The cottage features an open living room and kitchen with a great view of the lake. The main bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom is also located on the main floor. The upstairs loft is great for younger travelers and features a full mattress on the floor. The guest house has a double bed with a twin trundle, and another full bathroom. There is boat ramp access and a dock for swimming. A beautiful and relaxing retreat!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located AirBnB. We have all you need in this 2 bd/1 ba compact house. Newly renovated 800ish sq ft house in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking a park with huge oak trees. There are two small bedrooms, each with queen size beds. Large closets in each for hanging/storing clothes. Large windows throughout the house allowing ample natural lighting. The living room has seating & 40" flat screen TV. There are no cameras anywhere in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop Challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery—Badin Lake, is a twenty-minute ride. Dennis Vineyards is 8 miles away. Guests over one are an additional $15 per day per person (kids under 2 N/C a pet charge of $10 per day per animal. Pets MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. (Airbnb cannot charge the correct "daily" pet fee.) We will ask for any difference after you book.
