Vakantiewoningen met buitenterras in Rogoznica

Wir haben uns bei Ivana sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und für zwei geeignet. Alles ist sehr neu und entsprach der Beschreibung. Ivana ist jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar und super freundlich. Wenn du größer als zwei Meter bist, musst du mit den Dachschrägen ein bisschen aufpassen. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit im Vergleich zum überragenden Erlebnis.

Sehr nette ,saubere Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Betina, vom Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Natürlich gibt es zu dieser Zeit ( November) nicht so viele Anbote von Restaurants, etc, aber in Murter gibt es um diese Zeit auch sehr gute Restaurants, und die sind ja in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jedenfalls top! Gerhard

We had a wonderful stay at Dijana’s place in Split from 1 May to 4 May 2025. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located-within easy walking distance to the historic city center and all the main attractions. Dijana was a fantastic and responsive host, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment was well-equipped, and the area was peaceful yet vibrant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split and would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

this was our second time staying in Ivana's beautiful home. there had been two new bathroom's fitted since our stay last year! she is a wonderful host and even brought us pancakes for the national holiday! couldn't recommend more!

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Stor og god leilighet fordelt på to etasjer. To bad var topp! Vi hadde frokost ute på terrassen i solen. Nydelig! Gåavstand til by og strand. Perfekt beliggenhet og god plass for oss fem på tur.

Slavica’s apartment was utterly perfect from start to finish - spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you’d need! The view from the balcony is stunning and we absolutely loved our stay. Slavica was so so helpful, she was available whenever we needed her and we really appreciated it! The apartment is on the top of a big hill, but with that view it was totally worth it. A clean, nice building set in a gorgeous, safe area. Thank you so much for all your help again Slavica, we highly recommend this apartment!

Gute Kommunikation vorab, dadurch war die Anreise mit dem Auto einfach. Sehr herzlicher Empfang wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig und der Ausblick vom Appartement auf das Meer traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung ist so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, der Supermarkt und die Hausstrände sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen. Einfach alles perfekt, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Comme indiqué dans l’annonce le logement est un peu éloigné du centre (25min à pied) mais la place de parking est un plus ! Tout était parfait, le logement est très propre et très bien équipé (tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner). Nous recommandons sans hésiter 😊

Välkomnande och vänligt värdpar som erbjuder ett toppenbra boende med en fantastiskt härlig uppvärmd pool. Här är verkligen lätt att bo och trivas! Ta med en hyrbil och upptäck omgivningarna! Vi rekommenderar verkligen restaurang Cibus som ligger ca 5 minuters bilväg mot Split.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Es war sauber und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Unsere Abende haben wir in dem Whirlpool mit tollem Ausblick ausklingen lassen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage, wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Ana’s apartment is great for switching off, relaxing and taking in the beautiful view. It was perfect for me as I had a car and know Split well, so I was able to get into the city easily. It was also great for running - there is a path from the apartment to the old town and harbour, and back again. The standout here is the view and sunrise wake up. Just what I was looking for, thank you

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Großer Außenbereich mit fantastischer Aussicht, der dank des mediterranen Obstgartens meist im Schatten liegt. 5 Minuten von der nächsten Badestelle entfernt und kurze Autofahrt zu vielen schönen Stränden.

Wir hatten mit 11 Personen einen super schönen Aufenthalt und das Meer war schnell und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Og auf einem Hügel über Sibenik. Alles war wie beschreiben. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war groß und äußerst sauber. Von dort kommt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß in das Zentrum der Altstadt. Auf dem Balkon ist schön ruhig und man einen klasse Ausblick auf die Stadt. Anita ist eine sehr nette und liebe Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns mit dem Auto vom Parkplatz abgeholt, da man in den Straßen bei der Wohnung nicht parken kann oder es besser nicht tun sollte. Sie hat und viele Tipps für die Umgebung und zur Stadt gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️

Bojan's flat was easy to find, clean, and had an amazing location! I would definitely rent again!

[ + ] Bikes, kitchen, beautiful neighborhood. [ - ] Dilapidated old mattress, slow upload on WiFi. Not perfect, but the love and attention to detail is apparent throughout. Gorgeous area, too.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Apartment. Es war alles blitzsauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt (Waschmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Putzutensilien...). Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und hat auch einen Geschirrspüler. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wie im Urlaub mit Freunden gefühlt. Das Meer ist nur über ein paar Stufen zu erreichen und man findet immer einen freien Platz. In 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei 2 Supermärkten und einigen guten Restaurants. Razanj ist ein kleines Paradies, an das wir sehr gerne wieder zurückkehren wollen! Vielen Dank nochmals für alles an Vedran, Maja und Tiho!!!!!! Manuela & Matteo
