We gladly welcome all others to come stay at our family friendly renovated tri-level with all the comforts of home and a private back yard with fire pit. We are within 5 minutes of Mosquito lake boat launch and Western Reserve Greenway bike trail. We are a 15 minute drive to The Place at 534 and great wineries. It is a 30 minute drive to Amish country or the Eastwood Mall Complex and Scrappers Stadium.

Located on our private, wooded 27 acre estate on the Grand River and centrally located to area wineries, Spire, The Game Cabin is the perfect escape to NE Ohio Wine region. If you are looking for charm, and quiet relaxing comfort, this 384 sq. ft. cabin with exposed cedar beams is your perfect overnight or weekend retreat. Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Quiet Cabin In The Woods

Secluded lakefront fishing cabin on 30 acres offers the very definition of a quiet oasis in the woods. This home lays at the end of a mile long private drive on over 11 acres of manicured lawn surrounded by 300 year old oak trees. The lake, only feet from your front door, contains bass, bluegill, perch and catfish offering both adults and children alike a wonderful opportunity to cast a line and relax while blue heron and eagles nest in the nearby trees.

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.

Welcome to Charm 307. She is an early 1900’s farmhouse that has been lovingly updated with still keeping her original charm. We are still making improvements but promise you a very comfortable stay in the heart of the Grand River Valley wine region. This is a great location for your stay in the area! Centrally located minutes from I-90 and Spire, 20 plus area wineries, Geneva on the Lake, Covered Bridges and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor.
