Lovely little unit with everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities provided including washing machine, iron, hair-dryer etc (important to us as we were on the peninsula to attend a wedding!) A short 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the pier and all the restaurants.

Had a great time at Glenys' place. Very close to town centre and walking trails. Was perfect size for two adults and two kids. Glenys provided us with some great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Would definitely stay here again next time we are visiting the area.

The view was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet location. Kitchen was handy. Clean bathroom.

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt incredibly welcoming. It had all the little touches that make a stay feel special—fresh towels, coffee and tea, and even a welcome note! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I needed. Whether I wanted to relax or head out exploring, it was the best of both worlds. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. They provided helpful local tips and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Belinda’s house. It was probably a little older than I expected but this did not detract at all as the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, sparkling and modern. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to the beach and not much further to the township of St Leonard’s. All amenities were in good order and it’s obvious that Belinda maintains and cares for her property very well. No complaints from us.

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

Great spot close to the pristine beaches of Rosebud. Very good location for some peaceful nights while exploring Mornington Peninsula.

This contemporary, modern apartment is absolutely gorgeous with tasteful furnishings & sensational beds. Amir was extremely quick to response and super friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment, situated in a great location with everything at your finger tips.

Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.

We had another wonderful stay at Josephine’s beautiful beach condo. Perfect location! Great cafes & restaurants all in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great location and well equipped apartment

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
