The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Featuring an outside Living room, Dining area - the garden is a National Wildlife Urban Sanctuary – great bird watching venue. Indoors you will find a studio featuring a Kitchen, Dinning /Work area. The sleeping area has a comfortable bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, living area . The space has been created, furnished and equipped for your special experience.

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

If excitement is your fancy, located less than 1 mile from the square, you can easily access all of the activities and nightlife downtown Roswell has to offer. Nature lovers, get ready! There are many trails and hikes in the area. Make sure you bring your book to curl up on the outdoor bed swing and forget all of your worries.
