The accomodation is located at "Centener", one of the exlcusive living areas of Rovinj. The house consits of a two rooms apartment situated on the first floor. The apartment has two double beds and an addtional single bedcouch. The living room is divided into living/sleeping area and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom constains shower and toilet. In front of the flat you can find a nice terrace which invites for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the evening. Next two the house is a big garden with a huge stone dining table perfectly made for outdoor BBQs. BBQ equipment is also included. Next to: 5 min walk to two supermarkets, 15 min walk to the center of the city, 15 min walk to the beach, 5-10min walk to excellent restaurants. House Katina is traditional stone house renovated in 2022 located in the village Rovinjsko Selo, 7km from Rovinj. The house is ideal for 4 adults but can accommodate up to 6 people. Open space living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the ground floor and are connected to the outdoor dining area and garden. Upstairs you will find bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed, big comfortable bathroom, and third bedroom in the attic area with two sigle beds.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
