This is a private second story apartment above a local business with a separate entrance and key-less entry.

Your private guest suite is located in Northern Albemarle County Virginia. We cannot allow cats(due to family members with allergies and the extra cleaning required) We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is up one flight of stairs. Albemarle County is central to the University of Virginia, Monticello, Montpelier, wineries, craft beer breweries, and wedding venues in the area. Your dogs may run the open areas. Please clean up after your pet.

Enjoy comfortable beds, the fire pit with Adirondack chairs, big skies filled with stars and animals. Walk our country roads, feed the horses, enjoy the views of the mountains and meadows. Base price is for 2 people, no pets or children under 8 for safety. Stays more than 3 nights will have an added cleaning fee of 20.00

Renovated lakefront apartment, downstairs from the main home. It is located on beautiful Greene Mountain Lake with year-round lake and mountain views. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.
