Gelegen in Sarnonico in de regio Zuid-Tirol-Trentino, is het vakantiehuis 'Landhaus Silene' genesteld in de prachtige natuur. De locatie voor biatlon van de Olympische Winterspelen 2026 (Antholz) ligt op ca. 130 km afstand en is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. De locatie voor langlaufen (Fleimstal-Val di Fiemme) ligt op ca. 80 km afstand en is eveneens gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Het huis is gebouwd in traditionele massiefhouten stijl en brengt jullie direct in vakantiestemming. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een badkamer met douche.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
