Rye High Street is just a minute's walk up cobbled Conduit Hill. The space The home offers exceptional space with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A double sided wood burner in the centre of the living area is fully functional and guests are welcome to enjoy this feature. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and one double bedroom - suitable for wheelchair use. As you continue upstairs you arrive at the second double bedroom and the main bathroom. Just past these is a twin room with single beds that can both be pulled out in to doubles. The master bedroom located at the far end of the property features an en-suite shower, super king sized bed and a picturesque view over part of Rye. The front doors can be both opened to allow for wheelchair access. Pets are allowed but confirm with ask us before you book. We recommend booking for up to 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children. There is a fire pit and outdoor seating in the outside area.

The Place in Rye is located in The Mint in the very centre of historic Rye, and sleeps 4. The newly renovated cottage has two light and airy bedrooms each with king size beds, ample storage space and their own luxury bathroom. There is a new fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room, WIFI, smart TV and small library. There is a peaceful sunny courtyard with outside seating for 4. There is a car park 50 meters from the cottage. Sorry we do not accept children under 12 and no pets.

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. Light and airy seaside cottage with lots of character. Built in around 1900, it was originally home to one of the local coastguards who were stationed in the village. Cosy and comfortable sitting room. Open plan kitchen diner opening in to the sunny sheltered garden. The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, electric oven, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom and a single room with bunk beds. The family bathroom is downstairs,and we have an upstairs toilet.

A self contained apartment within our Victorian home. We live in the house but the apartment is private. The apartment is situated at the TOP of the house on the fourth floor. Accommodation includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, separate compact bathroom, kitchen/diner/living room. The property is accessed through the main front door, there is no separate entrance for the apartment but you will have complete privacy during your stay. All the doors have locks.

Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.
