Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

Sunny Cottage

A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, 2 parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

Private, relaxing and elegant 3rd floor suite. A short walk to a true New England Main Street where you can grab an ice cream, glass of wine or get a relaxing massage. 3.5 miles to a beautiful beach, 2 miles to the movie theater, 1 mile to the Eastern Trail. 20 minutes to Portland by car and Boston is also just a short train ride away. Sleep in on comfy beds and then wake up to fresh coffee in your private suite before heading out to take in all that Southern Maine has to offer!

Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.
