Jederzeit wieder ! Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem spanischen Charme. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In der Küche war alles da, viel Platz zum Erholen, den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da es zu kalt war. Aber dieser wird sicher im Sommer der Hammer sein. Es hat Spaß gemacht und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, zu Fuß sind Restaurants, Bars und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt (Brot, alles was man braucht) zu erreichen. Süßes kleines Städtchen, absolut zu empfehlen ! Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby, auch hier war alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke

I visited Josep and Adelina's wonderful home with a few friends to explore the cycling palace that is Girona. The home & experience were all fantastic. Josep & family were extremely communicative, and made sure we knew how to make the most of the area on bikes. The house is really well set up for cyclist visitors, with a pool to cool off after rides, and a hose + bike stands, too. Already planning our next visit.

Djaafar was a superb host: everything from the meet and greet with drinks and snacks, to the flexible checkout and the local recommendations. He was on hand via chat app throughout the stay and always willing to help. As for the house itself? It was great! It matched the photos and description perfectly. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. If I was being picky the pool was a bit cool but it didn't stop us, and the hot tub was there to warm up after. The location was walkable to San Pol (if you don't mind a hill) and driveable to so much including countless beaches, Barcelona, Girona and more. All in, really pleased we stayed there!

Great location if you have a car (out or the packed areas), here you will have silence, peacefulness. Very responsive host. easy to park (outside on the road). Very safe area with vigilance. the heater system in the house is very functional, it warmed the house quickly and felt very cosy. Barbecue, kitchen, oven, micro, stove, exhaust, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. wouldn't recommend for 6 guests, unless 3 couples. Although the exterior is quite big and spacious, as well as the living room area, dinner area and barbecue area. Recommended! 👍

Truly lovely place, Encarnacion is super nice and very helpful. Felt like a proper private holiday home and had a really great stay.

Casa muy bonita y muy bien equipada. Narcís nos ofreció muchas faciliadades y muy agradable. Estuvimos 3 familias con niños y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. Ubicada en zona residencial, muy cerca de la autopista y fácil acceso.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est parfaite nous étions 8 dont 3 enfants. La maison est propre et fonctionnel. Tout peut se faire à pieds pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Les supermarchés sont à proximité (environ 7 min en voiture). Le seul point à préciser est que la piscine est un peu froide par son exposition mais après une journée plage elle peut être agréable. La maison est située dans une zone sécurisée et dans une rue calme. La piscine donne sur le canal, cela lui donne des airs de Miami ! La piscine est très agréable. La maison est bien agencée et la cuisine bien équipée. Il y a des activités à faire: karting, butterfly park et surtout les lieux de Dali et Gala. Vous y passerez de bonnes vacances !

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. It's so close to the center of town and the beach. If you get the chance to stay here, do it!

We stayed ten days at Jan's beautiful villa and had a wonderful holiday. The house was pretty and the gardens gorgeous with numerous places to sit and relax. The pool was great and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the terrace with a drink and gazing out over the views. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pals is a short drive away and has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a very handy supermarket close by. We would recommend staying at Case Coene!

Appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. C'est un logement grand , tres bien renove, disposé sur plusieurs etages, on monte et descend les escaliers pour passer d'une piece a l'autre.En revanche Il faut pas mal de dexterite pour arriver à se garer et seulement 2 appartements etaient occupés sur les 4.Nous avons du decrocher le porte velo pour descendre la rampe. le logement était très propre avec une literie de très bonne qualité. il est bien equipé , mais il manque un plat pour le four . la residence donne acces directement au sentier de cami el ronda qui permet de rejoindre le centre ville de Roses a 2,5 km et a gauche la belle plage de canyella a à peine 1km. Le parc naturel del creus est tout proche pour faire du gravel/vtt ou des randonnees. Au final nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

We zijn de laatste 2 weken van juli geweest. Mooi en ruim appartement met een grote tuin waar het heerlijk vertoeven is. Vanuit het appartement loop je zo het drukke centrum in of lekker het strand op. Binnen 5 minuten lopen liggen er 3 supermarkten en in de straat liggen meerdere restaurants/bars. Vanuit de voorkamer kun je als je de deuren openzetten de drukte en gezelligheid meekrijgen. Als je de deuren dichtdoet is het ook weer muisstil. Verder is er voldoende te beleven in de omgeving en Barcelona en Girona liggen op 40 km afstand. Zeker een aanrader.

La casa se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila y con carácter. La ubicación es estratégica, cerca de los bellos pueblos de Pals y Begur. La casa es muy bonita, luminosa, decorada con mucho encanto, buen gusto y calidez. Todo estaba impecable y en orden. La vajilla estaba completa y fue suficiente para nuestro grupo (6 personas). Como nos encanta la zona de Begur, recorrimos las calas que se encuentran próximas. Los pueblos de la zona tienen residentes todo el año. A pocos minutos a la salida de la urbanización hay un estupendo supermercado. Si bien era pleno invierno había suficientes restaurantes y sitios para comer comida tradicional. Los espacios exteriores deben ser estupendos en primavera y verano! Aparcamos en el garage dentro y también en la puerta, lo que resultó muy práctico (se precisa coche). La agencia Ideal nos acompañó incluso el día de Navidad respondiendo eficaz y cordialmente, incluso a posteriori con una incidencia planteada que se resolvió favorablemente.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war top. Alles lief reibungslos, und wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Villa war einfach traumhaft! Super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. La vue est imprenable! Très proche des plus belles plages. Logement conforme à la description. Lieu très calme. Le fait que la piscine soit une piscine partagée n'a pas posé de problème, respect mutuel des personnes présentes. Nous recommandons !

Wir hatten das Haus für 4 Wochen gebucht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick und die Lage sind fantastisch und die Umgebung sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Mobiliar ist hier und da ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut. Dieses Haus ist ohne Vorbehalte sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Organisation einer Zwischenreinigung war Bogdan sehr hilfreich und hat auch auf alle unsere (sehr wenigen) Fragen schnell reagiert.

Precioso alojamiento, todo nuevo. Exacto a las fotos, aún parece más grande en vivo. Camas super comodas en las 3 habitaciones. 3 baños completos y super limpios. Cocina totalmente equipada, con electrodomésticos de calidad y docenas de utensilios, platos, vasos, ollas, ... En la terraza una barbacoa gigante, con unas vistas increíbles a los canales. A 5 minutos de la playa, con muchísimos locales para comer de todos los precios. Pueblo muy cuidado. Muy recomendable. El anfitrión respondía al instante a nuestras consultas.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einzig der etwas unangenehme Geruch, ggf war es mal ein Wasserschaden oder Feuchtigkeit. Und es könnte mehr Besteck gerade Messer vorhanden sein. Aber wir würden wieder kommen. Allerdings nur in der Nebensasion, in der Hauptsasion ist der Preis etwas hoch angesetzt wenn wir es mit anderen Unterkünften die wir bisher hatten vergleichen. Der Kontakt war super nett und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Check out lief auch perfekt. Der Ausblick war der Wahnsinn.

Superbe villa, super hôte… rien à dire! Répond à toutes mes attentes, hôte réactive et disponible. Maison super bien équipée, idéal pour famille nombreuse. De plus, ils ont fait par de flexibilité sur les horaires de départ. Je recommande vivement.
