Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

The cabin shoreline is not a groomed sandy swimming beach; Arenac County Park’s sandy beach is less than a mile away.
