Artist's cottage in historic Chautauqua near beach

Beautiful KVI Beach is a short walk, through a tree-lined neighborhood, from my cozy sunlit home. A 10-minute drive brings you to a new Center for the Arts, several individually-owned art galleries, two grocery stories, and a variety of regionally-recognized and locally-loved restaurants. My 100-year-old house has color and character, a wrap-around deck, views of water and Mt. Rainier, friendly neighbors, and lush landscape. A peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Built with logs harvested from family property, the Log Castle is warm, welcoming for your family and friends. Its eclectic design, stunning water views, and beachfront location make it an ideal home base for your vacation. Enjoy the wide sandbar, 2 small kids kayaks and 2 adult kayaks for paddling, a swimming raft, low-populated beach, and hiking trails across the road. Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
