Just like the listing. Great views. Clean and stocked. Nice host. Wonderful quiet beach. The offering of beach chairs and umbrellas (and other beach stuff) was helpful. Cute coffee bar was a nice touch. You can hear road noise at night from the bedrooms but that’s expected for the area/location.

Randi was the perfect host. She was very responsive and friendly and helped make the place comfortable for me. She was very accommodating when it came to my dog and myself and she is such a sweetheart. I loved the area and it was very quiet, close to Panama City where there was plenty to do. The parks in the area are nice and perfect for dog walking. Thank you Randi for making my stay fantastic, you and your family are wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. Hope to see you again sometime soon!

The Bee Hive was a great place to stay and Patti, our host, was fantastic. This is our new go to place for our trips to Appalachicola and SGI. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and super convenient to downtown. it's under a 10 min drive to SGI. We'll be back!

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

A great people, great place, highly recommend.If you want peace or quiet

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location, with a fantastic coffee shop, a brewery, and multiple good restaurants less than a minute from our doorstep. Dedicated parking space right outside the front door. Keypad entry to access the porch area gives extra peace of mind. Being right in the heart of things, I was worried that nightlife noise would keep me awake but the brick building insulates you from the noise. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers. Kitchen was nice, with the little touches. The French press was good to see, although The Press coffee shop rendered it unnecessary for me. Plenty of comfortable seating in the common areas. If this place is available, do not hesitate to book. El Weirdo’s has good tacos, History Class Brewing is top notch, and the farmer’s market on Saturdays is super fun. This area is a hidden gem and this property is a great way to experience it.

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

By far one of our favorite stays. The place was unbelievably a hidden gem. It was exactly what my family and I needed while in Panama City. Look forward to book with them in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Minutes from the beach ( walking distance , one block away) beautiful area. Love the lighthouse that Molcie offer for us! My kids absolutely love the entire location. State park right down the street from her house. She had everything we needed for our stay ( including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc) very quiet area, beautiful homes all around. Everything you need for a peaceful, family oriented location beach getaway location. We want on a private boat ride around the islands ( southern salinity) couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Will be coming back again.

Our already special visit became x-tra special among the sweet swaying pine trees of this shaded lovely home, a bird-watchers’ & hiker’s delight. The décor is fresh & enjoyable, kitchen is easy to work in & large screened porch is like an enclosed living room. Jennifer is accommodating, granting early check-in as there were no prev. guests.We enjoyed walking to both the St. George Sound non-swimming waters, lovely to look at from the convenient front porch perches, as much as we liked following the nearby public easement path to the Gulf Shore, where we found empty shells to wash & add to the glass jar collection on a side table. The bed is comfortable, bathrooms are extra clean & views out the many windows are a pleasure. As we toured the island & returned to this wooded retreat we realized how solidly built, with extra features of endurance, this house was created for the family who obviously lovingly cares for it.

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

This is my second time visiting this destination and I will definitely rebook this home as Melissa was a wonderful host! We had one very minor maintenance request and Melissa had someone to the house within 20 minutes, and even continued to check on us throughout our stay! The home was well appointed very clean With very nice amenities and true to description at its fullest! I am very picky about where I laid my head and travel frequently for business so typically used to five star luxury resorts around the country. This was right up my alley and in a very peaceful setting.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

Jill was very kind and accommodating during our entire stay. Her place is beautiful and so peaceful. Very close to local attractions, safe, and secure. We loved it. :)

We've been going to Mexico Beach for the last 5 years and this place has been the best stay. Would stay again in a heart beat. Owner is friendly, very responsive and detailed. Any question we might have has already been answered in the welcome guide. And I can't get over all the amenities. We really didn't need to bring as much as we did. They are fully equipped with all your and the kids beach needs. As well as the kitchen. I was very impressed all in all. 10/10!

The condo was everything advertised…The home is in beautiful condition and well appointed…And the amenities along with the activity vouchers for golf and many other events was icing on the cake! Condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Our family visited for a long weekend for a family member’s graduation from FSU. Not being a huge fan of Tallahassee we wanted to experience the coast. Not only was the property gorgeous, there was so much to do. We went off shore fishing, spent time with the locals at Fathom’s Raw Bar, ventured over to dinner at Trident in Panacea, enjoyed the beach at St George Island and ventured over to Apalachicola for some shopping. A beautiful property with a great feeling of home. Get up early and watch the sunrise! Drink some wine on one of the two balconies. The property even had an elevator. Bring your beach towels. It was the only item we wished the property had. Coming from Wisconsin those are too bulky to pack!

My wife and I, along with our 3 kids, had a wonderful stay at Tamara's place. We booked our stay after having to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. This turned out to be a great escape from the storm. Our first impression was "WOW!!!" The condo was very clean and comfy. The view of the pool and water from the back balcony was amazing. There were plenty of towels, bed linens and comfy blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, spices and more. The laundry room had a very nice stackable washer and dryer, along with laundry pods. There was a foldable wagon available for us to use, which really came in handy to carry our little one and our stuff. We had an amazing time. Tamara is such a great host. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!!!
