Enjoy a stay in our beautiful rustic style apartment inside a lovely old stone building in the historic town centre pedestrian zone of Chamonix Mont Blanc. Welcoming fireplace. Close to the skiing (walk to Brèvent-Flégère), hiking and all the shops and restaurants. Our private balcony on the river has beautiful views of Mont Blanc and is well protected from street noise. Go car free - 3 min walk to to the free buses. 5 min to SNCF train station. 8 minutes walk to inter-regional bus station.

Newly renovated family chalet

Newly renovated chalet in Les Houches (a tranquil, traditional village an easy 10 mins drive/direct bus from downtown Chamonix). 10 mins walk (2 mins drive) from chalet to Les Houches center/supermarket/restaurants. Access to numerous walking trails for summer and 3 mins drive to nearest ski lift in winter. 3 bedrooms (sleeping max 8 people) it is suited to one large family or two small families. Outdoor wood fired sauna. Large garden, great for kids. Forest and mountain views. Ample parking.

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.
