A beautiful self contained end of terraced private house approx a 10-15 minute walk into Salisbury city centre, the cathedral and a very short walk from the train station. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores. Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.

Studio and Shepherds hut in a beautiful garden

A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio and separate shepherds hut with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.

Spire House is a large stylish 18th Century, Grade II listed town house. Located in the heart of the city of Salisbury and just a short walk from the Cathedral, museums, theatres and restaurants. The house has gorgeous views of the Cathedral and facing onto the ancient Close wall. We have a larger than average city garden, completely walled and very safe. I have a passion for interior decor and have enjoyed creating an attractive relaxing home for our guests.

There is fantastic walking around, lovely pubs and great places nearby to visit including Salisbury, Stonehenge, Longleat Safari park, many historical sites and beaches within the hour.
