Bersih, dapat view yang bagus, tidak ada water heater, peralatan makan tersedia tetapi saat kami stay hanya ada 1 cup/cangkir untuk teh/kopi dan 2 pcs sendok.

I had such a great stay here while working on my photography project. The place was clean, and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. The host was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed especially for my specific schedule for check in and out. Complete facilities, clean, and a great location for families. Most importantly: pet-friendly. The area is also excellent for pets, with many parks and a peaceful environment. The host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time.

sangat nyaman, kamar mandi bersih, lift tidak terlalu ramai, akses ke lottemart dan ke food court sangat dekat tinggal naik eskalator, lengkap dan sangat worth it.

Had a great one-night stay at this apartment! The unit was beautiful, very clean, and had a stunning view of the city. Super convenient location right inside a mall so food and drinks were just a few steps away. I also really appreciated that I could bring my small pet poodle. The host was friendly, helpful, and gave clear info from check-in to check-out. Definitely recommended!

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏
