This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

When I arrived I was greeted by Pascal who was so friendly and really informative, he showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and the building and made me feel very at ease after a long journey. After Pascal had made sure I was settled, Susanna sent me a message with some fantastic information about the area, places to eat, things to do, transport. Not only that but she was always on hand if I had a query about a place or a bus or train. I felt very safe knowing that I could contact her if I needed. The apartment is lovely, great location, huge balcony with beautiful views up the valley, very comfy bed and 2 minutes from the train station- perfect! I only had 3 days here, you definitely need atleast a week to enjoy all the amazing sights. I will be back for sure!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Clara and Sylvain gave clear instructions regarding the self check-in. It took us a couple tries but we sorted it out smoothly. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and came with everything we needed, including washing machine, fans and aircon which came in handy in the warm afternoons. The apartment is in walking distance to the tram, train station and has a supermarket just 5 meters from the building. Would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a place to stay in Nice!

Also the balcony is really really great.

Super Lage nahe der Altstadt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Spielplatz alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhof Richtung Monaco und Cannes nach schönem Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Großes Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof. Wer im Wohnzimmer schläft, wird das Nachtleben hören. Parkplatzsituation und Autoverkehr ist in der gesamten Stadt schwierig. Wir sind mit "Bolt" gefahren. Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento si trova in aperta campagna in ambiente collinare. La casa è nuova o ristrutturata di recente, molto pulita e ben tenuta. L'arredamento è scelto con gusto e di ottima qualità. Molto belli i mobili in legno massiccio della zona giorno. Tutte le stanze sono molto spaziose. Bagno e cucina sono ben forniti. Ivan è molto gentile e accogliente. Inoltre è disponibile per fornire consigli sulla zona e per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nel B&B di Josiane per goderci i sentieri della Valgrana. Josiane é stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti dandoci utili consigli sui dintorni dell’appartamento. La casa è pulita, ben arredata (dispone di tutto l’occorrente anche per godersi una permanenza più lunga) e spaziosa, il che si è rivelato utile poiché c’era con noi anche il nostro cane bovaro. In breve, assolutamente consigliata!

What an incredible gem of an apartment in a tiny mountain village. The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for using Rocchetta N. as a base for exploring the outdoors. There's not much going on in RN, but just a few km down the road is Dolceacqua with more restaurants & stores, if you need that. Matteo was 100% available and responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse! Auch vom Schlafzimmer kann man das Meer sehen. Wir haben 7 Tage hier als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht, die Einrichtung ist toll, es war reichlich Platz.. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefüllt!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Ottima posizione, e host molto disponibile e reattivo. Fiore all'occhiello di questo appartamento è sicuramentela terrazza vista mare ampia e ben curata. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla ed il soggiorno con tutte le comoditaà è garantito. Ben 3 televisori ( 2 piccolini e uno grande) tavoli e sedie in abbondanza. Probabilmente necessita di un rinnovo nei copriletti. Fantatico il dondolo sul balcone, anche se dimostra i segni dell'età. Simpaticamente problematico la gestione dell'acqua calda in bagno, ma molto ben indicata. Comunque un'ottima esperienza sicuramente da replicare e consigliare.
