De vierpersoonsbungalow met twee slaapkamers is geschikt voor langer verblijf voor digital nomads. Het is hier rustig en het klimaat is aangenaam. Er is een zwembad. De afstand tot de asfaltweg is 1 1/2 km naar Masatepe met de dagelijkse markt en supermarkt en vanaf het centrale park vertrekken microbussen naar de hoofdstad, Masaya en Jinotepe.
