Perfect South Austin retreat just minutes away from the vibrant South Congress, trendy South Lamar, iconic Barton Springs, scenic Lady Bird Lake, and the heart of Downtown along with free parking. Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom featuring a luxurious California king bed and ample closet storage. Large widows for natural light (curtains are on all windows for privacy) . For additional sleeping space, the cozy living room includes a convenient pullout queen bed from the comfortable couch.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.
