Vakantiewoningen met vuurplaats in San Teodoro

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, zwei sehr schöne sanierte Badezimmer, zwei sehr große Terrassen mit jeweils sehr gepflegtem Garten und eine dritte Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Die Küche besaß alles was wir brauchten inklusive einem modernen 4-Felder-Induktionsherd. Das Warmwasser funktionierte überall einwandfrei und es gab bequeme Gartenmöbel in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls bequem. Im Nachbarort Santa Teresa, der in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar ist, gibt es gute und leckere Gastronomie, die wir auch mehrfach genossen haben. Die ganze Gegend hat uns toll gefallen und unser Vermieter Matteo und sein Team sind jederzeit leicht erreichbar, sollte man sie brauchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke, Matteo!

Federico a été un super hôte, qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement ! La maison est située dans un endroit très calme avec une vue incroyable et un accès privatif à la mer. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier des conseils de Federico qui a toujours été super réactif. C’était un réel plaisir

Wir haben eine Woche in Alessios Unterkunft verbracht. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit der unglaublich tollen Aussicht und der große Garten. Es war alles vorhanden und zur Begrüßung gab es sogar ein paar Getränke im Kühlschrank. Bei Problemen und Fragen hat Alessio sofort geantwortet und uns weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank!

Eine schöne Unterkunft im netten Ort, Porto San Paolo! Die Unterkunft eignet sich für zwei Erwachsene Paare, da es separate Schlafzimmer gibt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, bis auf einen Hund in der Nachbarschaft, der manchmal nachts bellt. Die Betten und Matratzen sind bequem, die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit und offen herzig und wir konnten auch flexibel auschecken, was uns eine große Hilfe war! Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alle schönen Strände sind mit dem Auto in maximal 15 Minuten zu erreichen, wir empfehlen auch auf jeden Fall ein Mietauto zu nehmen. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmsten Herzens empfehlen.

Fabulous location near all the beautiful beaches. A car a must! Lovely villa and super helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

We hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad. Een mooie oude maar ruime woning. Het beschikt over grote slaapkamers met veel kastruimte. In de keuken en bijkeuken alles wat je nodig hebt o.a. oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger. Grote koelkasten met flessen koud water en extra drinken om te kopen. Zelfs 2 badkamers. Buiten een heerlijk overdekt terras en grote tuin. Voordat wij kwamen had het veel geregend, binnen rook het vochtig. Dus we hebben goed gelucht en het huis verwarmd met de airconditioning die prima werkte. Verder een prima communicatie via de app met Valerio. Jammer dat we elkaar niet ontmoet hebben.

We had a very nice time. Our children loved all the kind and sweet animals and the pool. The pool area was a beautiful place, it was just a little walk from our house. Monia and Luca are very kind and they taking care about their garden and animals. Everything was clean and looked nice.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento e anche la sua posizione sono perfetti per una vacanza con bambini piccoli. L’ ampio giardino con terrazza coperta offrono ai bambini tante possibilità per muoversi e per giocare all’aria aperta. La presenza di una doccia all’ aria aperta e di uno spazio barbecue ci è piaciuto molto. La zona è tranquilla e si è pochissimo distante dal mare! Dopo 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a una bella spiaggia di sabbia con acqua limpida e poco profonda. Riccardo è stato molto disponibile e socievole. Per noi è stata proprio una bella vacanza.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. l'appartement est près de la plage, bien équipé, et on apprécie de pouvoir manger dehors. gesuina a été arrangeante et à adapté notre heure de départ. il y avait pas mal de moustique (en avril!)

Apartment is very nice! Big plus, that it is located very close to the wonderful beach with 2 restaurants and is close to Olbia . Area is quite and calm. We were staying there in the beginning of April, it felt a quite humid in the apartment. Probably because it is on the ground floor and its not hot yet. But the heating was working well and I imagine that in hot weather its a perfect place to hide from the heat:) Bed and pillows was very comfortable !! Kids were happy to sleep in a bunk bed and adores to play in the garden. Massimiliano is a very friendly and responsive host always helped with everything we asked him.

Dejligt sted og fin lejlighed. Fungerede fint. Manglede måske lidt mere liv i området om aftenen, hvis man ville have det skulle man med bus eller taxa til byen, ellers alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse vi har haft.

Excellent week at an impressive location. Direct access to the "Cala" (small beach) from the property and really nice sea-view. The property had everything it listed and included the use of a Kayak and a SUP.

Beautiful view onto the sea. Nice and peaceful house with veranda. It's a good place to chill and conveniently located relaveltively close to many nice beaches and Olbia airport. Luciano and his family were very kind hosts. The check out was however unusually early.

Het is een fijn huis met een grote tuin. Echt heel leuk om gelijk aan het strand te zitten en dan vanuit je huis een duik in zee te nemen. Het huis heeft verschillende zithoekjes in de tuin, dat is erg leuk. De buiten douche is ook erg handig om je even af te spoelen. Maar is ook fijn om je wetsuit en SUP-board af te spoelen. De zee heeft ook op sommige plekjes zeegras en rotsen waardoor het ook leuk is om bij te snorkelen. Het enige wat we kunnen bedenken als puntje is dat we wat daglicht miste in de keuken. De kasten en keukenblok zijn wat gedateerd maar dat heeft juist ook wel weer zijn charme, past bij het huis. Lorenzo is een fijne host, reageerde lekker snel op je vragen! Dat is echt heel fijn.

Paolo e la moglie sono stati estremamente disponibili per il check-in ed il check-out molto flessibili. Un piccolo problema con la serratura della porta d'ingresso è stato risolto con velocità in giornata e Paolo è stato così gentile da portarci anche un vassoio con i dolci tipici di Sardegna. Inoltre è sempre stato facilmente raggiungibile anche se non ce ne è stato bisogno e si è premurato di chiederci a metà vacanza se andasse tutto bene. L'appartamento, come da descrizione, è pulito, completamente attrezzato e direttamente sul mare: stupendo poter pranzare e cenare all'esterno con una splendida vista. C'è un posto auto all'interno della proprietà ed anche la doccia calda esterna, comodissima per evitare di portare all'interno dell'appartamento sabbia e sporco. Il mare non ha bisogno di descrizioni: cristallino come solo quello di Sardegna può essere. Che dire: peccato che la vacanza sia già finita.
