Acogedora Villa independiente con capacidad para hasta 12 viajeros. 6 dormitorios, 9 camas y 4 baños completos con ducha. Con todo lo necesario para convivir y disfrutar de una cómoda estancia: amplio salón, cocina totalmente equipada, buena distribución de habitaciones y baños, sala de entretenimiento: futbolín, dardos ... Amplio exterior con piscina, zona de tumbonas para relajarse al sol y gran barbacoa. Excelente ubicación. A 8 minutos del centro ciudad y a 10 minutos de la playa San Juan.

Lehn dich zurück, entspanne und hab spaß – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Haus . Mit ausreichend Platz bietet dieses Juwel sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Die Terrasse lädt zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden ein während der Pool Dir allein für eine willkommene Abkühlung bereit steht. Die Pool wird nicht beheizt. Die vielen Strände mit BeachClubs und -Bars erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Tritt ein und genieß!

Bienvenidos al Paraiso! Un alojamiento con un ambiente tropical fuera de lo común donde podrán disfrutar y desconectar tanto grandes como pequeños. Para los más pequeños disponemos de porteria de fútbol, una casita de madera, columpios, tobogán, canasta de baloncesto entre otros. Los mayores tampoco se aburrirán! Casa Julia spacious villa with large private pool

Casa Juia is a beautiful villa, surrounded by mountains, and fresh air and only 5 kilometres to the beaches of el Campello. The house is spacious with three big bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. The villa is sunny and comfortable. Casa Julia has a large garden with a large 10x5 mtrs swimming pool in the centre of the garden. Peace and nature and only 12 kilometres to Alicante centre.
