Le séjour c’est très bien passé. Un petit problème à l'arrivée, nous n'avions pas le code d'accès au portail où au portillon. Nous avons téléphoné au numéro que nous avions reçu et la personne nous a expliqué comment faire .Problème, elle ne parlais que l'italien ou l'anglais. Il serai souhaitable que le français soit inclus dans les communications surtout pour nous personnes âgées. Aussi nous aurions peut être mieux compris comment accéder au logement car nous avons dû louper une consigne. (code d'accès au portail) Malgré se manque de communication tout est entré dans l'ordre et nous avons pu profiter de ce magnifique site. Cordiales salutations. Bernard FRESSE

L’appartamento è come lo vedete in foto, forse l’unica pecca è il bagno che in due si sta un po’ stretti ma del resto tutto perfetto. Grazie ancora e alla prossima!

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

Decisamente una soluzione eccellente. Arredo, fornitura della cucina (tutto nuovo e impeccabile), organizzazione degli spazi... Insomma, davvero un appartamento che non si può non consigliare per vivere Livorno al 100%. Gli host sono reattivi e amichevoli. Una nota di merito il servizio di checkin: intuitivo, riservato, ben spiegato. Lo staff che cura la location, insomma, è davvero professionale. Terrazza top, camere arredate con cura e funzionalità, WiFi affidabile e Tv di ultima generazione. Continuate così! Rb

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is beautiful and very welcoming. The location was wonderful, right in the heart of the old city, close to all the monuments and some great restaurants and bars, and yet very quiet on the inside. Alessandro is a great host who provided us with all the useful information and great tips for bars and restaurants. We will certainly book this place again

Viaggio molto sia per lavoro che per svago, ma raramente mi sono sentito così a casa come nei 4 giorni trascorsi da Andrea. La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e con un’anima. È senza dubbio una delle più belle che abbia mai visitato! Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale il soggiorno è Andrea stesso: proattivo, disponibile, attento… si percepisce chiaramente che ama ciò che fa. Un’ospitalità genuina e calorosa che lascia il segno. In ogni ambiente si respira qualità: il materasso era comodissimo (ho dormito da favola!), il bagno molto ampio con una doccia davvero spaziosa e rilassante. Anche la TV presente sia in camera da letto che in salotto è un plus non da poco, non è da tutti! Esperienza top, assolutamente consigliata.

The apartment is in a fabulous location and overlooks the piazza. Close to restaurants and the Gelateria. The apartment is so central and is comfortable, warm and welcoming. All amenities as listed. Apartment was clean and spacious. Francesco communicated well and instructions to park and get to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Close to all the attractions, comfortable bed, lovely shower and what a view over the piazza. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in San Gimignano.

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

This is a perfect place if you'd like to explore busy Tuscany, yet at the same time you want to return at the end of each day to a place of serenity, peace and quiet. 5 minute drive from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, you have about 45 minutes to pretty much all cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna). We loved the house. Spacious, lots of outside spots to enjoy the view of the valley below, cozy inside, great kitchen, Nespresso machine... Two fluffy cats rule the place and there is constant gentle frog serenade from the marsh in the valley below. If you're reading this and the house is vacant, book it.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was our first time visiting Italy so each stop we made was an adjustment. Finding the unit was a little like a treasure hunt but we did so without our heavy luggage since we arrived early. The instructions are clear but new is new and it just took us a little while. The apartment is downright stunning. We absolutely loved the interior design and lighting. It was our favorite stop on our week long tour because of the accommodations. The laundry was very helpful and the directions manual included all the details. Thanks for such a memorable home!

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Super impressed with Elisa’s place… it was clean, modern, had everyone you needed and in a great location. In between a large range of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, 13min walk to the tower of Pisa and sites. 15min walk to the Central station. 15min by taxi from the airport. Great base to travel to spend the day in Cinque Terre or Florence ( which we did and highly recommend ! ) and, coming home to a quieter more relaxed town, without the busy crowds, was such a highlight!! Elisa was friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive whilst answering my many questions, so so helpful!! Made our experience all the better… Honestly, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else, this place and location has it all and trust me, I do my research 😁 Enjoy Pisa !

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

El apartamento es perfecto, tiene todo lo que necesitas, la ubicación es inmejorable, todo cerca y a la vez tranquilo, Lorenzo ha sido un anfitrión perfecto, nos ayudó en todo, nos proporcionó una batidora y nos permitió salir a las 12, lo que nos ayudó mucho con los niños antes de coger el avión de vuelta a casa, si volvemos a Pisa, repetiremos en el apartamento de Lorenzo.

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft. Und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Francesco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Logement très propre, conforme à l'annonce. Chambre très spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie. Place de parking dans la résidence. Situé à quelques kilomètres de Pise, très central pour faire la visite de la Toscane. Nous remercions Francesca qui nous a accueilli avec ponctualité et pour ses conseils pour les visites.
