This place would be great for a large family or group to get away from the noise of the city. or a group working in the area. Located on 20 acres with a pond, plenty of wild life to see, Located just a few short miles from Lake Huron, Hubbard Lake, and only 15 Minutes from Alpena. A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. No hunting or shooting allowed.

We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

Relax and enjoy with the whole family at this peaceful lake house with access to beautiful all sports Hubbard Lake. Enjoy the crisp Northern Michigan air with all of the color changes in the fall; ice fishing, sledding, cross country skiing in the winter; boating, fishing, swimming and sunset watching in the spring and summer.
