We are excited to share our peaceful home for your Las Terrenas vacation. There are 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bathrooms villa located in the middle of nature within a 5 minutes walk to Las Ballenas Beach. The villa is fully equipped with all you need. It features a living room with open full kitchen. The outdoor patio offers plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining. Our villa is located on a private hill in a small complex with a shared large swimming pool with two other separate villas.

Villa Near EVERYTHING 200M to the Beach,300M town.

This Villa is in a peaceful residence that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Short walk to the beach (200m), town (300m) where you find shops, restaurants & supermarkets. The villa is newly built, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, with tropical gardens and a private pool. Fiber high-speed internet connection. In the morning you can buy your fish fresh on the beach (5 min. walk) and put it at night on the BBQ. Also, typical Dominican chef for additional fee &several excursions possible.

In the main house, the living room and the kitchen open onto a large terrace where you can have your meal or relax while admiring the private swimming pool. The house is steps from a calm, beautiful beach - Playa Las Ballenas - just a 3 minute walk from the house. The house has 3 bedrooms with capacity to sleep 6, a pool shared with two other houses, natural finishings, A/C and wifi everywhere, and an outdoor terrace.

Casita Linda, maison vue sur mer.

Petite maison sur flanc de colline, belle vue mer, à 8 minutes à pied du centre du village et de toutes commodités. La maison est composée d'un salon cuisine, 1 chambre + une mezzanine, salle de bain, toilettes. Attention, vous devrez, pour accéder à la maison monter par un escalier d'environ une centaine de marches. De ce fait la maison peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Mais la vue mer est si belle depuis la terrasse!!!

Private salt swimming pool, privet gazebo, work zone. The famous and excellent beach of Punta Pupi is 150 meters from us. Nice and cozy restaurants with local and international cuisine await you on the embankment.
