Gröna Villan är en charmig och smakfullt renoverad trävilla från 1920-tal, i närhet till både strand & västkustens klippor men samtidigt Göteborgs citykärna några få minuter bort. Husets nybyggda altaner badar i ljus från tidig morgon till solnedgång och här njuter ni av en fantastisk utsikt. Ta pendeln enkelt in till stadskärnan på några minuter eller stanna kvar och njut av villans lummiga trädgård. Bara ett stenkast bort finner ni även både friluftsområde och Göteborgs största shoppingcenter.

Cozy basement: 3 rooms & kitchen near Slottsskogen

The house is located in the calm and central Kungsladugård next to Slottsskogen with Zoo, playgrounds, outdoor gym and cafes. Walking distance to Mariaplan - the heart of Majorna, with several nice restaurants, bars and shops and a large pool for children. Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. The perfect accommodation for families with children or larger groups of up to 8 people.

Bright and spacious house of 160 sqm in child-friendly area free of traffic. Garden with several patios. Close to Gothenburg, only 20 minutes by car or commuter train. Two child-friendly lakes with playground and diving tower are within walking distance of the house (1km) 500 meter to commuter station. 50 meters to a supermarket and a small center. 1.2km to shopping mall with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. In the residential area there are a number of playgrounds.

Fri parkering utanför huset. Gratis parkering finns också vid busshållplatsen om du vill ta direktbussen in till centrum. Utemöbler finns på altanen. Fest eller tillställning INTE TILLÅTET. Lägenheten ligger vid Rönnängs brygga i ett lugnt område. Rönnäng ligger på ön Tjörn som har en vacker natur och många möjligheter till aktiviteter tex flera vandringsleder, cykelvägar, golf, fiske, bad och kajakpaddling. Skärhamn med bla Nordiska akvarellmuseet ligger ca: 8 km bort. Till Stenungsund med bra shopping är det ca: 25 km och till Göteborg med bla Liseberg är det ca: 65 km.

Halsvik Styrsoe / Styrsö

Very nice and old house with good sunny position and peaceful area, just a stone's throw from the bay. Close to stunning nature trails and a magnificent rocky landscape. There are plenty of picturesque bays and bathing cliffs for those who want to swim and sunbathe for themselves. As a guest you will have the hole house for yourself. Minimum stay two nights.

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

My place is close to the sea and beach, great views. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the proximity of the archipelago. Also it's only 15-20 minutes away from the Gothenburg city centre (in car). Bus stop is around the corner. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). It’s a quiet neighborhood.
