My fiancé and I stayed in Red Bud with our little dog for 6 nights and loved it so much! The view was incredible and we enjoyed how quiet our surroundings were. Having a cup of coffee on the porch every morning was like a dream. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. We were surprised because it had everything we needed plus more! Most cabins are bare bones but not this. Also if you are someone in need of internet, the internet was perfect and gave us no trouble. We also arrived at night and it was of course very dark, I messaged Rich to help us get to the cabin and he called me and stayed on the phone with us until we were there, which was super appreciated. As far as activity recommendations, the immediate area is pretty remote, but we drove one day (about 40 mins maybe?) to Hanging Rock Raptor Observatory (short but very pretty hike!) and then went to the Cheese ‘n More Store for a sandwich after. The perfect day trip! Both are worth the drive/visit. We will be back!

Pervis reached out on the day of our check in to give us the preferred travel route and offered his own backyard for sledding options for our family. He was extremely accommodating, including allowing a slightly later checkout. This cabin was beautiful - with multiple hiking trail options and scenic settings. The cabin itself had all the necessary amenities and was great for our 7 member family group! We all had an amazing time and plan to revisit!

Very responsive host. Property and amenities were as described. The host had many additional things in the kitchen /bathroom that made our stay more enjoyable (make up removers, Cotton balls, spices, etc.) We were able to do a bunch of laundry which was huge for a family with kids. Overall, we had a nice stay and the location was fantastic.

Dave was great! Check-in was super easy, the place is very nice, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and if you have questions he's very responsive. Would stay again!

Thank you so much, Autumn! We had the best time in your cute cabin for our family Christmas vacation. You were so helpful and kind. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants a home away from home feel with excellent hosts. If we’re ever back in WV we would definitely stay again.

My friends and I met at Anita’s place, it was perfectly located halfway between my home in South Carolina and my friend’s homes in Pennsylvania. Anita’s back to the fifties home was exactly what we were looking for. My friends and I try to get together every spring and every fall, and we will most likely return to Anita’s place in the future. We are all cat lovers, so Elvis and his friends the were an added bonus for us!! We also enjoyed watching deer, in the back yard in the evenings!! Loved reading about the history of the family and the home that was displayed throughout the home!! We had a fabulous time!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Craig’s Airbnb in Summersville! The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Craig was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and hassle-free — highly recommend!

Wonderful property that is secluded but also has lots of space. The fire pit and hot tub were great for spending time outside, and it's super close to the national park.

Great location! We had one issue and he got it fixed the same day!
