Une maison spacieuse très agréable à vivre, un emplacement idéal pour nous, assez central, proche de la plage (à 200m) du parc aquatique (3 km) de centres commerciaux (4 et 9 km). La piscine est d'une taille respectable et suffisante pour la famille. L'exposition de la maison fait que la chaleur est supportable grâce à la brise apportée par la mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Carmen est très disponible et à l'écoute. Nous renouvellerons cette expérience sans hésiter !

Excellent, notre séjour chez Maria bien que court était tout simplement parfait, l’accueil chaleureux , disponible même tard le soir, un logement bien équipé, propre et près de tout commerce, une bonne literie et un charmant jardin. Je recommande sans hésitation.

It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. - Even though there is no air conditioning, the house remains cool in the evening, making it comfortable for sleeping. The natural ventilation and fans kept the temperature pleasant throughout the night. - The location is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing trip abroad. We enjoyed the peace and tranquillity, which made it easy to unwind and recharge. - We had an issue in the area, but the hosts were extremely communicative and caring, ensuring our stay was still enjoyable. They promptly addressed our concerns and provided helpful information, making us feel well taken of.

Ich durfte eine Woche zu Gast sein bei José und seiner Familie. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits und ist daher sehr ruhig. Ich konnte meine Zeit daher sehr genießen und endlich mal richtig entspannen. Insbesondere der Pool hat hier sehr geholfen. Auch ist in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. José hat mir bei Problemen immer helfen können und war stets für mich erreichbar. Ich würde es lieben wieder in der Unterkunft unterkommen zu können!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und privat gefühlt. Wunderbarer Garten und Pool. Ein Auto sollte man dabei haben zB für den Einkauf und die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Am Abend wäre mehr Licht ganz schön. Aber sonst alles perfekt! Martina ist zudem unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Haus noch einmal buchen💫

Silvia muy amable y muy atenta. La casa perfecta, todo muy limpio, ambiente agradable, muy bien calidad, relación y precio, espaciosa, muy cómoda, y solo para la época hubiese estado chulo que la piscina estuviese habilitada, porque hacia un muy buen tiempo en Alicante. Esta andando de la playa a unos 30 minuto y hay camineria. Tienes varios supermercados cercanos.

Luis ha estado pendiente en todo momento. La casa está bien, las camas muy cómodas y una zona muy tranquila. La piscina privada da valor a la estancia. Una pega subsanable el calor que hace en el salón y al ir con niños pequeños las escaleras y la puerta de madera de acceso al patio son un peligro. Por lo demás, falta algo de menaje pero en líneas generales la casa está muy bien. A destacar la tranquilidad de la zona y de la playa cercana.

Todo muy bien, hicimos el check out con Leticia y una chica encantadora. Un 10 para Leticia.

We were a group of 12 people ranging from ages 0 to 70s, and this house met everybody's needs. The house is a very well kept and modern. There's AC/heater in every bedroom and the kitchen has everything you need. I would even say that the house felt bigger in reality than the images :)

Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y quedamos todos encantados! Buena ubicación y entorno muy tranquilo. Disponíamos de todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana, desde los servicios como el de barbacoa hasta ropa de baño! Jose Manuel muy amable y atento! Repetiremos y recomendamos sin duda!

We had an incredible weekend at this beautiful villa. The house was exactly as pictured: spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, was thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect for our group of 7, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the beach. We loved starting our mornings with a dip in the pool and relaxing in the evenings on the terrace. The foosball/billiard table and gas grill were great extras. Margarita and her husband were fantastic hosts, always available to help and even brought us extra gas for the grill. Their hospitality made our stay special. The house exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you, Margarita, for an amazing experience! We can’t wait to return!

A beautiful peaceful place to stay, with thoughtful amenities to make us feel at home. The view is calm and beautiful from both the roof and front balcony. The swimming pool was great. Beach is about 5-7mins walk. A lovely place for a family getaway!

The house and its beautiful terrace are big. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us the space we needed as we stayed for 4 weeks. Outside we had plenty of space to park our bikes, and spread the toys of our little one. The house is well maintained and you can see the owner takes care of it. Wi-Fi is perfect for remote workers. The location is great: quiet area, big and beautiful swimming pool, supermarkets and beach reachable quickly by bike, it was super easy to find a car park. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. What's missing? Maybe a dishwasher, a water boiler and some decorations on the wall, but we managed without them. Enrique is a 100% amazing owner. Communicative, humble, helpful... we feel home in his house because he cares for his visitors. He provides bedsheets and towels, kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning products. The house was very clean and we had very few insects inside. We really enjoyed staying there and we want to come back. Gracias Enrique!

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

Pasamos una estancia excepcional en este chalet a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa. La ubicación es perfecta para los amantes del mar. El chalet es espacioso, elegante y limpio. Marta es amable y atenta, y la piscina privada fue una gran ventaja. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Eravamo in vacanza in due famiglie con due bambini di 6 anni ed è stata una vacanza perfetta. La casa ha un accesso diretto sulla spiaggia di sabbia fine con mare poco profondo. L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia è impagabile, inoltre il patio vista mare ha la parte dove c’è il tavolo per lo più ombreggiato per pranzi e cene al fresco. La cucina è spaziosa ed accessoriata. Hector e Carlos sono super disponibili e gentili.

Experiencia inigualable. Estar en la casa de Carlos y Alejandra fue un sueño con todo lujo de detalles. De las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido en muchos años. Energía especial y muy buen trato. Volveremos sin duda. Gracias por todo, nos llevamos una vivencia difícil de superar.❤️

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Die Kinder liebten den Garten. Das Haus ist energieautark, deshalb kann man keine größeren Elektrogeräte verwenden, die Küche ist eher spartanisch eingerrichtet. Da es keine Heizung gibt kann es im Frühling am Abend im Haus etwas kälter werden, aber das wussten wir. Unbedingt warme Kleidung einpacken.
