This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

First place we stayed in Guatemala! Absolutely recommend. We arrived around 12AM the check in was effortless. The apartment was very clean and the highlight for our family was the kids spaces and pool. After a day of flying I was really happy the kids could play in a safe place. You won’t regret booking this apartment! Great host!

Good area! The apartment was just as described clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the city, since it’s on a higher floor. Having access to private parking was definitely a plus. Overall a lovely stay for the time I was there.

We stayed here for one night before flying out early the next day. It was perfect! Lots of amenities, comfortable beds, very clean.

Excelente lugar, muy ordenado, limpio y moderno. La zona es excelente y Beatriz siempre muy atenta y servicial. Definitivamente muy recomendado.

I gave 5 stars but check-in was not amazing at all. The reception did not find the form to fill. I arrived late and still wanted to try to get something to eat in a restaurant. Unfortunately I had to spend too much time at check-in, communicate with the co-host, try to make the reception be more pro-active and in the end just had time for some fast food. That was not amazing at all. Why do they not den d the form before arrival? It would be easy to fill and send back and all would be smooth!

Me quedé un mes en el alojamiento de Melvin y fue muy bueno. Los servicios están incluidos todas las personas muy amables y atentas. Si te gusta la naturaleza es el lugar para ti. Toma en cuenta que la construcción es algo antigua así que no es una torre de apartamentos moderna pero vale la pena por la zona (está a 25min caminando de Oakland Place y menos de 15 en carro), la naturaleza (cuenta con un bosquecito de pinos y juegos para niños) y el ambiente familiar. Mi lugar favorito fue el restaurante/salita se trabaja muy tranquilo muy silencioso, hay pocas habitaciones y todos los inquilinos respetuosos y agradables.
