We have had a wonderful week 2 families together, we so much enjoyed the property and our time for rest & relaxation. Grand appartement face a la mer, emplacement idéal concernants les commerces de proximités (cafés, supermarchés, restaurants..) plage juste en face il n’y a qu’à traverser la rue piétonne. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour!

Large location, highly suitable for a large number of guests; nicely located at a small beach; however, it seems like some of the walls / rooms have a humidity problem, which needs to be addressed.

Nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimé l’appartement de Tiago. À quelques mètres du centre ville ultra vivant d’Albufeira, l’appartement est au calme avec une très belle vue sur la mer ! L’appartement est entièrement refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons vraiment !

Very convenient location. Ocean 3 minutes away so you can go and watch the sunset every night. The main promenade with various restaurants is also right next door. The apartment is impeccably clean, equipped. There is everything you need for cooking, neat design, there is an air conditioner. Everything is wonderful. Thank you.

Greatly location just a couple of minutes away from the beach and restaurants. The distance between them makes it for a very quiet and peaceful stay. It has a great pool shared with the other units but everyone was very respectful of each other. The unit has a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The apartment is very welll equipped and we even had a welcome bottle of wine when we arrived. There is a washer (no dryer) in the kitchen which helped us keep up with our laundry during the trip. Liz and Gianny had great communication and everything went smoothly. Great plus having an underground parking spot for the guests as well as an easy check in/check out with a lockbox. We highly recommend to stay here!

What a magical few days we had! The apartment is really lovely, as is the roof top view. All the stuff you need is there for small children - toys, books, highchair and blackout shutters were all really useful. Lots of lovely local restaurants and a stunning beach nearby which was quiet with great food options. Pool was a bit nippy as it isn’t heated but warmed up over the week, and was always empty when we went. We’d recommend Club Nau, Brunch in Rio, O Velho Novo and Delizie for yummy food and friendly staff. A really wonderful spot, and lovely place to stay with everything easy to walk to. Faro airport transfers easy with Uber as well.

Boa tarde em primeiro lugar queremos agradecer a Fábio, foi espetacular sempre prestativo, a casa é fabulosa eu e minha família adoramos, amplio espaço e nos fez sentir em casa, zona muito tranquila. Estava muito calor em Carvoeiro mas a casa é bem refrigerada, fizemos churrasco todos os dias porque o espaço para o mesmo é top. Enfim amamos muito e super recomendo 🫶🏻

Era lo que esperábamos, ya que al estar en el centro del Algarve, nos hemos podido mover en ambas direcciones y visitarlo casi todo.

Beautiful villa with pool and outside area including bbq. Loads of space for kids to play. Great location some really nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Rabbbit Beach is very close to the villa 5-10 mins walk. The old town is 10 mins in taxi and if you use Antonio (who did our transfers) him or his lovely wife Rosa can pick you up when needed. Manfred and Tracy were great hosts very helpful and give very good information regarding the local area for food / drinks etc. Villa is perfect for a group loads of space and eating / chilling areas - couple of shops within walking distance. Overall great stay.

Our stay at Villa La Caleta was fantastic. The house is even more impressive in person—beautifully designed, well-equipped, and with a really welcoming atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach in a quiet, family-friendly area. Whether you want to relax, explore, or just enjoy a nice evening at home, this place has everything you need. Francisco was a great host—super responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach, this is definitely a place to consider. Will absolutely stay here again!

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

This is the most beautiful house, in one of the few remaining unspoilt parts of the Algarve coast. It is very well-equipped and there are lovely walks, both in the countryside behind and along the cliffs. A very pretty, and not very populated, beach is a five-minute walk and a slight scramble down a cliff path away. Cecilia is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed long-term at this property (almost 6 weeks), and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The place is exactly as described — clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for both short and long stays. The location is perfect, with the beach just a stone’s throw away, and the terrace is a wonderful spot to relax. Many restaurants, cafe and grocery stores are very nearby. What made the stay even better were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable, even getting me a beach chair so I could fully enjoy the nearby beach. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your fabulous hospitality.

Group of us stayed in 2 of Andre’s properties and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Great location close to beach and strip for bars and restaurants. Access to complex pool as well which was great. Both Andre and Nadine were really easy to communicate with and were very helpful.

Rui was a great host. Always responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was quiet but walkable to where all the action was. Very clean pool area and patio as well.

Mario’s place was exactly as described in the pictures, a slightly quirky apartment in an older building with a fantastic balcony… aka my new favourite place. It’s a perfect location, steps from the beach. We enjoyed our time there very much. Thanks Mario for being a super host.

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

Jorge’s place was really a home away from home especially with our three little girls (5, 4, 1.5 years old). Our girls loved the two bunkbeds. It was spacious, super clean & the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook meals but also walkable to many beaches and restaurants; however one of our favourites was the restaurant just below the building! We loved the beach behind the building as well which was only a few minutes walk. We didn’t end up using the pools in the facility but everything looked great! Jorge himself was very responsive, professional and definitely a superhost helping us check-in as we booked this Airbnb very last minutes and got there later in the evening. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were nicer than the ones I have at home. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Portugal in the future. Marina's place in Albufeira was amazing - just as listed! In a quiet, walkable neighborhood directly above the city restaurants. Easy access to everything in town and yet so quiet! This place was perfect for our family of 4 and my two daughters enjoyed having their own bed but staying in the same room together. Marina's communication was great - great instructions in accessing the place, and guidance around the unit. Not being too familiar with induction stovetops, I contacted Marina for some help and she was immediately responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed and the addition of a Washer AND Dryer was much needed for those beach days - of which we had several! Upper floors are nice and had amazing views of the surrounding area, I can understand why Albufeira is so popular. Our family made use of the provided beach toys as well as beach umbrella and beach towels, all very nice. Make sure to try the Tres Coroas restaurant just steps away!
