Great location ! perfect home for relaxing by the pool or staying in and having a gane nigght ple ty of board games and game room with a tv..we enjoyed our last night making smore by the fire pit after a day at the beach...we felt safe and right at home and had everything we needed right in the neighborhood ...close to great beaches and my favorite was their little coffee nook. The hoats were super heĺpful quick tonreapond and very informative! We qould love to come back in the summertime! Highly recommend this beautiful home🏡❤️

From the beginning Steve was a great host. We had a small issue with the remote dying, but within 5 minutes of texting him, he brought over batteries and fixed it. We had a nice conversation with Steve, and he gave us some suggestions of things to do in the area. We had two 90 year old parents traveling with us, so the house being one level was great, the bathrooms had safety rails, the rooms had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to just hang out at the home. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, beach chairs and floats, gave us a lot of things to do out back as well. If you are looking for a super comfortable house with lots to do for your family, that feels like your home away from home, then bingo, this is perfect! The location is great also. You are 5 minutes from the beach, and 5 minutes to downtown in the other direction. I would highly recommend Steve’s house, and I hope to stay here again in the future. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was super cozy while still being spacious enough for our group—and it smelled like “home”, which was such a nice touch. They provided great recommendations for local spots and things to do around Pensacola, which we really appreciated. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The laundry area was especially cute and even had detergent and fabric softener ready to go. We especially loved the backyard that had the cowboy pool, hot tub, and bonfire area, which was perfect for unwinding after a night out. The hosts were fantastic: responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Communication was top-notch. We’d absolutely stay here again and 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting the Pensacola area!

The house is close to many shops and stores. 15-20 min to the beach (board walk). The amount of activities that you can do in the house is a lot, swimming pool, board games, jacuzzi,, big tv’s for a movie night, BBQ area, billiards, and more. Love the place and this place made my trip to Pensacola a really enjoyable trip.

House was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of common space for our family to gather. Kitchen was well equipped with nice cookware. Beds were comfortable and entire house was clean. Short walk to the beach, lots of beach equipment.

The house and location was amazing! There were 10 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly! It was in an awesome location, really close to the beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of the house and the neighborhood. Michael was very communicative and helpful with any questions that we had during our stay! Awesome week!

The house was so beautiful! It was in a quiet part of the neighborhood, which was nice, the house was clean and smelled great when we arrived, and the hosts had such good communication. I would recommend this place to anyone, it was such a fun trip!

We absolutely loved our time spent at Amy’s! The check-in was easy and she even had a binder in the house with all the information you could need. The decorations around the house were so fitting and made you really feel the vacation vibe. Anytime we messaged her for anything, her responses were nearly instant and always so kind! The dishwasher wasn’t working properly during our stay, so Amy had plastic cups, paper plates, and plastic silverware delivered to us! This place really felt like a home away from home and I would definitely come back to stay here if we come back to the Pensacola! The pool is huge and a great extra thing to have when you don’t want to always be at the beach! Not to mention the hot tub really topped it off for those colder nights. We literally had everything at our disposal we could need (Except a pizza cutter😂) and overall had an amazing time. Amy’s place really made our vacation one of the best.
