Tim was an exceptional host. The apartment was clean and centrally located. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Shane is a great host and was very responsive and accommodated us last minute. Not to mention we and our kids had so much fun with the games! Foosball, air hockey, vintage arcade game, and a giant Connect Four - how cool! We were on our way to Sarasota Springs and were very happy to have found Shane’s place to hang our hats for the night before making the short trip down the next morning.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Host thought of everything. Great location, easy walk to downtown. Great value for the place and we would highly recommend!

This is my second time staying at this location, the first time I stayed in the upstairs apt. The pictures are as described and the place is conveniently located to town. The place was clean and the bed linens were very good. Meghan and her team are very communicative and I will definitely stay at this place again. It’s a great value.

The place was more charming than expected and John was a great host! There is a bit of road noise still audible through the windows, so beware if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, it was a really lovely stay and a good location for us to get everywhere we needed to be. Would be happy to stay again!

The house was perfect for our little getaway! It was very clean and very homey. Comfortable and peaceful. We loved walking to town and exploring. Would 10/10 stay at the house again!

Donal's carriage house is walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants downtown Saratoga Springs has to offer. The 3 parking spots right out front allow for guest coming from different regions to all drive and not have to worry about finding a parking garage or street parking. It is only a short drive to the lake or SPAC. Don was proactive and very responsive.

Great location, especially for SARATOGA RACE TRACK. the place was clean and well maintained. They even left a basket of snacks and some sparkling water for us. Very thoughtful.

Our hosts were very easy to work with. I felt they cared about our visit and wanted to accommodate us in any way that would make her stay even more pleasurable. The house offered every convenience, including kitchen items for make-at-home meals. Thanks so much, Brandon and Brian!

Great location with plenty of space to accommodate a family. The fenced-in garden is ideal for small children, but unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather! Excellent bedrooms with plenty of storage. The only downside was the cactus in the living room… combined with two very curious young boys!! Overall I highly recommend this house as your base for easy access to downtown Saratoga.

Great place, great host! Clean, comfortable, and walking distance from downtown, we walked to breakfast every morning. Kasey was responsive and easy to reach, everything was clean and in working order. Exactly as described.

Wonderful host, wonderful cabin. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Especially enjoyed the deck. Unfortunately it rained several days, we made best use of our rain days with visiting museums, sightseeing. Definitely recommend.

This was our 2nd stay at Rhonda's place- felt like home again. As before, she was very helpful, thought of everything ahead of time, and was very quick to respond to all our questions. The flat is clean, cozy, and comfortable- hope to stay again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Nicholas was a great host and the place was awesome! Super clean and has everything you need. My dogs really liked looking out the big windows to the lake :)
