We were looking for a quick weekend getaway to escape the cold. The Guest Cottage fit the bill in every way. Beach front, private, scenic, cozy, and warm accommodations. The condo was pristine and we all felt right at home. The beautiful sandy beach was an easy few steps from the unit. Lots of medium to small shells to be found. Will definitely be back!

We were traveling throughout the Sea Islands region and stopped in St. Mary's to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Don's place was an unexpected treat!! Reviews are all excellent and spot-on, but we didn't realize how beautiful his property would be and how important it was to have creature comforts after a long day hiking. Everything was awesome!

Loved this place! It was quiet, right on the water, clean, comfortable and felt like home for the weekend!!

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Fernandina beach . Kellie was an amazing host, very responsive, and ready to answer any questions very quickly, the only downside was that we had to cut our vacation a little short because of hurricane Milton, we will definitely book with her again, everything was as expected, the pictures don’t do it justice, I see now why the reviews are 5 star.

We returned to Katie’s Lighthouse this year and loved it as much as we did on our first trip. The house sits right on the beach with perfect views of the ocean from the front deck. We loved walks on the beach and visits to the downtown area with great restaurants and shops. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed, and our host was helpful and responsive. A wonderful visit!

We have visited Amelia Island many times over the years, and this is by far our favorite rental! You can’t beat the location right on a quiet part of the beach and walkable to restaurants. The outdoor deck is so peaceful and is the perfect hang out spot for meals and reading. We made use of the beach chairs and toys. The 2 bedrooms/2 baths were perfect for our family of 4. We’ve already booked our return stay for next year!

Donna was a perfect host, her property is not only beautiful but private, spacious, relaxing, quiet, peaceful and beautifully decorated coastal to represent the homes surroundings! Easy to find and easy to get into with her instructions! The views were amazing, the yard was large and never once worried about safety in this quaint little town of Darien! Very comfortable uncluttered condo with a beautiful view of the ocean in a great neighbourhod. Listening to the sound of the ocean while falling asleep - so peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Great condo in an excellent location. Right on the beach with a large deck facing the sunrise. Our daughter got engaged on the beach outside our place and we watched from the deck.

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!
