This is a great place to stay. Robb is always responsive for questions. It's a great location for all medical personnel working at Butterworth to walk from.

Very Nice Apartment downtown! The unit we stayed at was on the third floor. Updated and modern unit. It had the basics in the kitchen for stay. Communication with host was easy and responsive. Only thing to be aware of is there is a lot of road noise due to the location. Very typical of downtown places. I bring ear plugs everywhere so it was fine for us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. All the furniture and bedding was comfortable and the place was clean for the most part. At first I wasn't sure if there was a washer and dryer since it wasn't listed, but thankfully there was. Only thing to be aware of is this place is right by the train tracks so you will hear the train during the day and at night at times. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area for an extended period like I was.

Robb was extremely responsive and attentive during our stay. Directions were clear and very detailed. The place was just as described and more! When I had a small issue, Robb was quick to help with it and super friendly. Would 100% recommend this place, and Robb as a host in general, to anyone looking to stay near downtown Grand Rapids!

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. Very close to downtown. The apartment is very nice and spacious fpr 4 people. would definitely stay again. I read a few comments about the Marijuana smell in the building amd there is definitely a strong odour when you walk in, but you couldn't smell it in the apartment and we enjoyed talking with the people who were possibly causing the smell, lol We had a small issue with the door code but our host, Paloma, quickly responded with help.

Robs place was a perfect location. I loved the little fun touches in the apartment such as an old post box hutch with fun little trinkets in each drawer. He was flexible with check in time and everything we needed was found easily. The only reason I would not stay there soon is that there were 2 children under the age of 5 with us which meant a lot of extra items to carry up steep stairs and getting my 2 yr old to stay away from the open staircase in the middle of the living room was stressful. I would suggest families without young children use the space of a baby gate be brought along to stay away from that stress on vacation. Great location and host!

Wonderful stay at Phillip’s place. Phillip is very responsive and flexible. The space is clean and roomy. Highly recommend this space.

We really enjoyed our stay! Tom was a gracious host and responded to all our inquiries so promptly. Really easy to work with. The house was very well maintained, super clean, had all the basics you need and location was ideal for exploring the area. Douglas and Saugatuck both walkable from the house and a quick drive to plenty of other spots and the lakefront. We were out exploring and hiking the area quite a bit so did not spend as much time at the house as some might, but there is a lovely backyard to enjoy when weather permits for coffee or drinks (am or pm). Quiet neighborhood so peaceful for sleeping. We would definitely recommend it and hopefully will be back again in the future for another stay. Thanks Tom!

Really nice and spacious place that was perfect for our family trip. House is a really beautiful older house near downtown. Melissa was very communicative and gave us great recommendations of places to go in town. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Saugatuck.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! The space was beautifully decorated and recently updated. There was truly everything one needed for a comfortable stay and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The kids really enjoyed the karaoke machine in the basement and we loved making s’mores in the firepit. The upstairs bedroom and bunk room were really like a small suite with their own floor and bathroom, making it perfect for a family with kids and then having older relatives downstairs. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for families.

We had a great stay at Adam’s place! He was very helpful with instructions and we loved having all of the amenities available in the house and having a fully stocked kitchen in regards to plates and cooking utensils

The house was in a small town close to Saugatuck and Holland Mi. There is a nice big fenced yard for pets, lots of seating outside and a big hot tube. Inside there is plenty of space for family or friends. Lots of extra towels and pillows in the bedrooms. We enjoyed our time so much we are planning to return for a longer trip. Thank you, Sarena
