Farm Cottage Annex with Stunning Sea Views

Our 1 bedroom Pet Friendly Cottage Annex on the family farm, overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is within minutes of the beautiful coastline and yet just 50 minutes drive south of Edinburgh city. With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available but locally, we have great food, world class diving and golf, challenging cycle ways, cliff top walks and tons of fresh sea air. See you soon.

Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

The flat, originally a 1920’s bungalow, is in the downstairs part of the house separated by a locked door and we live in the upstairs part of the house. We’re in the heart of the historic Scottish Borders with beautiful Edinburgh only 50 minutes away by train. Why not relax with a glass of wine in the private garden, jacuzzi bath or snooker room or curl up on the window seat with a good book.
