Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was everything we wanted and the host had great communication throughout the entire process. We will stay here again for sure!

My family had the perfect stay. So close to the beach, felt very private and tucked away, yet with so much nearby. We will definitely be booking again.

We had 6 adults stay for a wedding for 3 days. it was an awesome experience! we ate at the restaurant by the beach, and I highly recommend the fish tacos! The only trouble we had was with the TV and getting it to work with the remotes. we caught fish off the dock by the bay, fed the ducks and turtles, and admired all the adorable tiny lizards in our foliage. Loved the use of the golf cart! We would definitely stay at this resort again. 👍👍

I have stayed in so many rentals over the years, but this was by far our favorite. Tonya was so thorough, thoughtful, and detail oriented. The condo was breathtakingly beautiful. Plenty of room for the family to have their own space. The small details (a welcome basket, beach toys, and laundry detergent) were special surprises. The area was wonderful. We stayed during spring break which can be very active, but we felt very safe and secure. Enjoyed not having to get on the road to go to restauraunts, stores, and activities, as everything was accessible by the tram. It really was a beautiful one stop shop. We are already planning to stay again in July and recommend it to everyone!

Great location, the view from the home was comforting for me since I’m a senior and not wanting to go everywhere with my daughters. Home away from home with great amenities!

The location is convenient to the beach. It is beautiful and there was room for all of us. I loved that it had 2 living rooms and a balcony on multiple levels. The view is amazing.

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

Lovely beach house for two families! Our water tank went and communication with the property manager was so seamless and it was replaced quickly. The house had all the amenities needed for a baby and the beach! Close to so many restaurants. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the pool too!

I rented both villas and they literally became my vacation!! They were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave them to go out on the town. Everything; such as the beach, stores and restaurants, is within a 5 minute drive. Jodey was very responsive and accommodating! I can’t express enough how great of a place this was!!! We will be returning yearly!!!

Great home. The golf carts are convenient. Only a few minutes drive to get to the beach access and there’s multiple public beach accesses within a 20 minute drive if you don’t want the Sandestin beach. If you’re going to do inflatables on the water, pay for Sandestin’s both more value and better inflatables than Crab islands offering. House was spacious. One room has no closet but has a large dresser. Master has a very large walk in closet. The loft space with two beds is great space for kids. House had everything we needed. There’s a closet to store your beach toys. The closet also holds any toys that have been left behind. Including a beach wagon. So great to have this for families. Pool is a short walk away. Large pantry to store all your food and snacks for the week. There’s a small back porch with seating for 3 and a grill. Looks over a water channel filled with lily pads and frogs. Would stay here again.

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

Was perfect for what we were down for. Super clean place with a very responsive host! Literally the best spot on the beach with a little cove the kids played in! Will stay again!!

Loved the place looked just like the pics close to stores and 2/3 min walk to the beach and restaurants!

House was beautiful and in a great location. Golf cart was fantastic and easy to get around everywhere. Great experience!

The location was perfect for our family vacation and the golf cart was a great plus to the home.Both the beach and village were only a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed greeting the turtles in the mornings off the back patio and everything we needed for the beach was provided as well. The resort was clean quiet and full of activities. I highly reccomend Renatas place and we definatley will be back. Both the check in and check out procedure were convienant and easy. Just outside the resort all kinds of shopping dining and activities for all ages were easily accessible. This unit was very clean and well kept.

Great location and Terri was very helpful. Very nice place with lots of natural lighting and great views. If you want a nice place next to the water this is the place for you.

Lydia was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and truly cares about every person staying in her home. The location is absolutely perfect, especially with little kids. Unfortunately the beach is mostly privately owned by the beach front properties but the lake was a hit with our family! The shuttle will take you to another beach which was great!

Absolutely loved our family vacation here! Wonderful hosts, beautiful home, fantastic area. The walk to the beach was so short and peaceful! The pool was warm & the condo was clean and well decorated! Also loved the balcony. So many laughs and memories were made here that we will cherish :) God Bless!

This was a beautiful condominium. Our family enjoyed the gated complex and letting our teens roam with a sense of security.
