Situated on the edge of the historic old town, it's just two minutes walk from the bustling high street with its quirky shops, dozens of restaurants and bars. Each and every element of this former public house has been carefully considered: From the state-of-the-art private cinema in the old beer cellar to the repurposing of the saloon bar into a bright, yet cosy entertaining and dining space, a modern fully fitted kitchen, with adjoining breakfast-coffee bar, to the creation of five double en-suite bedrooms featuring contemporary furnishings and designer fittings. The house makes a perfect base to explore the areas' exceptional mix of golf courses. Three superb championship links courses, Royal Cinque Ports, Royal St Georges and Princes Golf Club, plus two downland courses in nearby Walmer & Kingsdown and North Foreland. The house is unique for this location given its size, amenities and level of finish. No expense has been spared to create a unique and stylish coastal home set over four floors. All the five en-suite bedrooms have super-king beds, dressed in luxurious White Company bedding and the bathrooms all feature powerful monsoon showers. The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with every item of kitchenware you could possibly need to rustle up anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. Spacious luxury family home-garden patio gamesroom

The house is a 5-7 min walk to the beach. Richmond Beach House is in a great location. Waitrose-5 mins away, Addington Street - 3 mins away; which has cafes, a mix of shops and a couple of fabulous bars. The house is light, spacious, full of areas to relax, whether in front of an open fire or relaxing to watch a movie. The kitchen is open plan and chatting whilst cooking is encouraged. There are lots of great restaurants on the doorstep too. It is perfect for families (with kids) and big groups.

Beachside, stylish, spacious 5 bed home Whitstable

Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

4 Storey Seaside Georgian house

This is a beautiful, grade 2 listed Georgian house, right by the sea. Super close to the beach, you can see France from the lounge window on clear days. It’s a 4 story, historic house from 1812 so expect some wobbly floors and wide original listed Georgian floorboards :) Such a great house for the harbour, the beach, Ramsgate music Hall, shops, tunnels etc and so easy to hop on the bus at the end of the road to travel around Thanet.

Beautiful cosy seaside home - Holbrook House.

Welcome to our lovely Georgian house in the sought after conservation area of Deal. Moments from the High Street and seafront, it's the perfect place to enjoy a holiday by the sea. Relax and unwind in front of the cosy double-side wood burning stove, or in summer soak up the sun in the pretty sheltered south facing courtyard garden. Potter down the wonderful Hight Street full of independently run shops, restaurants and cafes.

HOPE COTTAGE - contemporary and comfortable

Hope Cottage was fully renovated to a high standard by the current owner. It has a fully open plan living dining kitchen area opening out on to a south facing garden and is within a 2 minute walk from Harbour Streets stylish shops and bars and close to the Beach. The house sleeps 5 comfortably, but the bed in front room does fold out to a double, but there is not much space left in room.

The Beach House Margate

Situated on the sea wall (30 seconds from the sand) with breathtaking views and an open balcony looking straight over the sea. The house is designed by RIBA award winning architect Guy Holloway, and inspired by the traditional seaside beach hut. There is no other property like it in Margate. Recently purchased but previously had 78 positive reviews and a 5*Rating.
