Relax on the deck, listen to the bird song and breathe in the fresh air. Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate.

A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

With stunning sea views, it’s a perfect getaway for couples looking for a relaxing break in one of the most beautiful areas on the Isle of Wight. Our Annexe sits within the conservation area of Ryde with uninterrupted views across the Solent. It forms part of a large Regency property but has an independent access and off-street parking. With it's beaches, harbour, bustling town centre and easy mainland links, Ryde has become a popular destination for many people all year round. The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.
