We offer 4 apartments for rent in a new house, built 2013. This apartment is on the 1st floor, it is spacious and modernly furnished. From the living room and the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sea-view. It is very comfortable, for 4-5 persons, with 2 separate bedrooms, a living-room where 1 person can sleep, a kitchen and a bathroom. The second bedroom (2 beds) has its own air-condition & the entrance from the roofed terrace. It is an integral part of the apartment (access by this apt only).

They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. Apartment is brand new and it's located 50 m from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. It has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen + living room and terrace with sea view. It's fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building and it's free of charge. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor swimming pool (both meals and pool for reasonable price).
