The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Beautiful, modern, architect designed property just by the sea with private access to the beach. There's a fire pit in the garden, a BBQ on the terrace and a balcony with magnificent views over the sea. The space is ideal for family and friends’ get togethers. The large open plan kitchen-dining-living area invites socialising as well as relaxing. The outdoors and interiors merge in this light filled house with french doors opening up to balconies, terraces and front and back gardens.

7 Bedroom Seaside Family Beach Retreat Sleeps 15

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Seafront 3 bed house perfect for friends/family.

A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A home from home.

This property has luxurious private accommodation. It sleeps up to 4 people - perfect for either 2 people, 2 couples or a family. It is close to West Wittering beach, has many coastal walks, numerous family activities and restaurants. Please note that there are 2 other listings at Spindles having their own access and separate gardens. Spindles 3 bed with pool table sleeps up to 6 people and Spindles Annex sleeps 2. Within walking distance of Holy Trinity Church, Bosham Sailing Club and the Anchor Bleu. Bosham is a popular location to stay for those attending events at Goodwood. West Wittering Beach and Chichester are a short drive away.

Have fun with family and friends, including your pet in this beautiful well equipped home. Beach living with ice-cream, a fun arcade and a family run diner within a short walk. Explore the local nature reserve, old harbour, or just go for a sea swim. A superking bed in the primary bedroom with en suite and 3 more bedrooms with king-size beds or these can be divided into single beds on request.

Mulberry Court, Pagham, West Sussex

Mulberry Court is a light and spacious self-catering 3 bedroomed holiday home, aimed at families, in the small village of Pagham, West Sussex. Location is everything here with the local beach and Pagham Yacht club and Nature Reserve on your doorstep. A little further afield is the famous Butlins in Bognor Regis, West Wittering beaches and Chichester town centre. 2 dogs are welcome. No cats.
