Eine sehr schöne, geräumge Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr schöne Terrasse und kleiner Garten in die Hinterhöfe hinaus. Eine angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ik schrijf normaal nooit een recensie maar voor dit app wil ik een uitzondering maken. Het is een TOP appartement, super proper, ruim, voldoet volledig aan de beschrijving en de verwachtingen. Beste Valerie en Andre, mijn gezin en ik komen graag nog eens terug.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Petit logement bien agencé, le quartier est très calme et le stationnement facile dans la rue. La literie est très bonne. Attention cependant aux personnes ayant des difficultés car les escaliers pour accéder au logement sont petits et assez raides.

Nick a ete un hote parfait, l'appartement est super. Il est tout equipe et tres agreable. En cas de question il est toujours tres reactif. Agreable et arrangeant! Je le recommande vivement ainsi que son appartement.

On a réservé l'appartement de Jean-François spécialement pour un marathon série, et franchement, c'était parfait ! Le vidéoprojecteur et l'installation home cinéma sont top : on a pu profiter à fond de nos deux nuits. Le canapé est confortable, la connexion WiFi rapide, et tout était nickel à notre arrivée. Merci à Jean-François pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité! On reviendra sans hésiter pour une prochaine session.

Absolutely beautiful place, even better than on the photos, spotless and bright . Location is great just in front of the transport station. Great communication, response in almost seconds. If I will come to Brussel again I will definitely stay here again . Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Accueil très chaleureux, le logement est situé tout près de la gare ce qui nous a permis d'aller en train vers Bruxelles, Gand et Bruges. Très beau appartement lumineux et bien équipé. À conseiller

Konaklamam gerçekten bizim için güzeldi. Ev tam resimlerde görüldüğü gibi. Talimatlar tamamen yeterliydi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ama bi 15 dakika kadar yürümeniz gerekiyor. Her şey eksiksizdi. Banyodan biraz koku geliyordu. Tek olumsuz yanı ses yalıtımı iyi değil ve bazı geceler uykumuzdan kaldırdı. Onun dışında keyifliydi 🌸

Bien situé, nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pied. Bouche de métro ligne 2 et 6 juste devant la porte de l'immeuble. On n'entend pas le boulevard depuis les chambres (ce qui était une légère inquiétude avant notre arrivée). Confortable.

Prachtige accomodatie in een zeer rustige omgeving. Leuk tuintje om te relaxen was een aangenaam extra'tje. Wij hebben een leuke tijd beleefd, een aanrader voor jong & oud.

Le séjour était parfait le seul petit bémol je dirais le jaccuzi à 33 degré, alors que dehors il faisais pas trop chaud. Mais sinon tout était parfait

Ne am simțit foarte bine, casa curată cu tot ce este nevoie. Cada cu hidromasaj a fost exact ce aveam nevoie pentru a ne relaxa. Mulțumiri gazdei ! 😊

Super accueil chez Amandine. Le logement était très propre, nous avons pu profiter de la balnéo sans aucun problèmes. Logement moderne et bien équipés. Idéalement situés. Nous avons profité de visiter le quartiers.

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Jennifer est une hôte très accueillante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement était très propre. Facile d’accès et place de parking juste devant. Les petites attentions comme le café, jus de fruits et gâteaux pour le petit déjeuner sont un plus bien apprécié.
