Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

The houses have a kitchen and a spacious living room and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. There is one ensuite bedroom with double beds. You will have access to a common swimming pool.

Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.
