This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Siamo stati davvero come a casa! L’alloggio è talmente tenuto bene e la cucina è bel fornita. Cristina è un host impeccabile, ci ha fatto trovare tutto perfetto e anche abbondante necessario per la prima colazione. L’esclusività di questo alloggio leggermente fuori dal centro di Levanto, lo rende intimo ed esclusivo, si rimane a contatto stretto con la natura. Massima sicurezza se si hanno cani e si vogliono lasciare liberi in giardino… un sogno!Addirittura abbiamo trovato istruzioni per visitare i dintorni e il pass per il parcheggio in centro! Top!

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

⸻ Das Haus und das Grundstück sind angenehm gross. Wir waren acht Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder und haben die Räume sowie die Terrassen und Grünflächen sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Vertreterin waren beide sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Da das Haus sehr nah am Meer liegt und nicht dauerhaft bewohnt ist, sind kleinere Mängel verständlich und nicht weiter störend. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut.

We hebben een aantal heerlijke dagen gehad. We bezochten Cinque Terre met de trein en lopend, we vonden Sestri Levante ook erg aangenaam en het centrum beloopbaar vanaf de gratis parkeerplaats bij het station in de buurt. Ons favoriete uitje was Portovenere. We hebben een tweetal prachtige wandelingen gemaakt naar een beekje en rondje bij Sestri Levante. Dit appartement is voor dagjes wandelen en stadjes bezoeken een heerlijke comfortabele uitvalsbasis. Heel hartelijk dank!

everything was perfect, the host waited for us despite our train was late for more than an hour, it was already past 11pm, and they checked with us if we had everything, the apartment was super clean, the garden was beautiful and the location also is pretty good. We had a great time!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

Appartamento stupendo! Abbiamo soggiornato qua per tre giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto,dalla disponibilità di Massimo e suo padre nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni e i vari spunti su dove andare/cenare. L’appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda facilmente raggiungibile sia da Piazza Principe che da Brignole. Super disponibili e accoglienti Super consigliato!!!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, dans un quartier proche du centre-ville, avec toutes les fonctionnalités. Un hôte amical et réactif. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Anna Maria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e precise per raggiungere l'appartamento. La soluzione offerta è perfetta per 4 persone, molto spaziosa, luminosa e fornita di tutti i comfort, a pochi metri dal centro di Monterosso e con supermercato e parafarmacia adiacenti.

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und sehr geräumig. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten genug Platz. Sie liegt ca 5 Min vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Fußgängerzone, wo es viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte gibt. Guido hat uns direkt ein paar Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Die 5 terre selbst sind in der Hochsaison extrem überlaufen und man gibt viel Geld für Zugticket und Wanderwege aus. Es gibt jedoch sehr schöne Alternativen. Danke Guido für deine Tipps!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in Fabrizios Wohnung übernachtet und es war einfach fantastisch. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft gebracht. Die Wohnung ist für einen Besuch von Viareggio super, die angebotenen Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt und konnten Viareggio einfach erkunden. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen!!!! Danke!
