We had a wonderful week, the flat was pristine, comfortable and peaceful. Just what we needed! Beth and Scott were great hosts, responding quickly to any questions we had. Ryde is a great base for exploring the island, and the flat is an easy walk to the town centre and restaurants etc.

We absolutely loved David’s place. It’s located 5 min walk from the Ventnor beach and has a beautiful view on the sea. David was also very helpful and communicative when we needed something. We would definitely come back - thank you!

Beautiful flat, a perfect location. Would definitely book again! You cannot go wrong. Parking was just 2 minute walk and we bought a permit that worked out cheaper and you could use in a lot of places. Fantastic flat, thank you Anna.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

We were extremely lucky to have found Olive House. Everything in the house are just perfect or even better than described. Kimberly the Host was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. We were greeted by a vase of beautiful roses and a box loaded with bread, jam, chocolates and chips and useful sightseeing information. There was even supply of fresh milk and butter in the fridge. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, including a bottle of cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, teabags and coffee pods. The appliances are like new. All very clean, modern and function perfectly. The coffee machine even comes with a milk frother! A B&O Bluetooth speaker stands by for us to use. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchen, the living room and the en-suite bedroom all enjoy nice river views and we can see beautiful sunrise. It’s extremely quiet and we all had good sleep. I’d definitely recommend Olive House.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this cozy detached house in the Isle of Wight. The stunning sea view was a real highlight, and the peaceful location made it ideal for a relaxing break. The house was clean, warm, and perfect for families, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Both the host and property manager were very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a family getaway—we’d love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Carey's place. The flat was clean, comfortable and warm, with plenty of space. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the little outside space was a fabulous sun trap. We found it to be fairly quiet, despite the close proximity to a takeaway. The flat is in a great location, within easy reach of the shore / beach walks and a short drive to the new forest. Carey was a great host, providing plenty of information ahead of the visit and also providing an extensive welcome folder. We would love to return when visiting friends in the area again in the future.

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful static caravan. Everythjng was clean and tidy. Its not just an empty house there were things in there for everyone to enjoy such as a dolls house and board games. We were told we were welcome to use anything. There were all the kitchen essientials and more ready and available for use aswel as tea and coffee. We could tell roxanne puts alot of effort into looking after her guests. Only stayed 2 nights wish we were there longer. The perfect little get away. And very wrll cared for and looked after Thanks Roxanne!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Corinne's beautiful house. Fantastic location in Lymington close to the river & Marina, 10mins easy walk into the town centre. The lovely Living room overlooks a small park and beyond the river with boats going up and down. The house is well maintained and very clean, the photos don't really portray how large the downstairs is, what a great space and the rear French doors open up to a beautiful, peaceful garden. There's no parking onsite, but we never had any issues with free on-road parking close by. It's also easy to park directly outside the house for loading and unloading. Corrine was always very quick and helpful with any questions and notified us when the gardener was popping in. I'd highly recommend Corrine's property and no doubt we'll be back soon!

Absolutely stunning place to be! They really had thought of everything... down to the milk in the fridge for an immediate cuppa! Gorgeous location and such a treat! would highly reccomend! 😁

A lovely property, a little bit dated but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location, lovely views, right on the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby We had a delivery from Solent Tandoori which was lovely food at reasonable prices.

We had a lovely time in Marks boat house. The rooms are really nice furnished and very cosy. Everything was super clean, even the kettle was clean enough to boil water for a baby :) We immediately felt like home! The house is really close to the small harbour, there’s a large park perfectly for kids and dogs close by and the pub is also only a minute away. The only improvement we would suggest is getting some new pans and pots. The pan is very scratched and the pots not big enough to cook pasta for 3 adults. We would absolutely recommend staying there and we’ll come back if we’re ever in the area again!

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

This apartment was exactly as described. It had a beautiful view of the river. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was immaculate. Ted was very responsive to questions and was readily available to help if needed. We would definitely stay at Ted’s beautiful apartment again if we ever return to Southampton!

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

The place was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic—close to everything. The host was amazing, going above and beyond with communication and even helping us book ferry tickets. Would definitely stay here again!
