We have a beautiful swimming pool with sea views for days. Ramsgate main blue flag beach & Waffle House are just a 1km walk, taking the stone steps at the end of our street. Walking distance to semi-private beach or 3-minute drive to life-guarded beach. Located on the fourth floor, not suitable for someone who cannot climb stairs.

Please note that the closest shops and restauranants are 5km from Umzumbe.

It is situated on the fifteenth hole of the Southbroom golf course, 120 m from the beach, and 500 m from the famous Granny's Tidal Pool. We have recently added a 3rd room & we can now easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. We also now have a main kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.
