The train tracks are nearby, so not suitable for those who are sensitive. All curtains are fireproof and have some sound insulation, but not complete. Trains become less frequent towards the night. When you turn off the light at night, you can enjoy the view of the luminous wall for a while.

広島市内では現存の数少ない戦後間も無く建てられた書院造りの純和風建築物です。大通りから一歩入り静かな環境で、小さいながら和風庭園もありゆっくりと寛げます。 1945年8月6日の広島原子爆弾投下による熱で一部溶けた壺や、約100年前の時代の写真など 舞ハウスにしか置いてない物もあります。 建具やｶﾞﾗｽは70年以上前の当時のものもあり､特に２つの庭や、床の間・書院など日本家屋の情緒が感じられるものです｡ 5ある部屋は､３つが畳部屋で､就寝時も畳の上に布団を敷いてお休みください。 こちらのお部屋は､広島の南区に位置しており、市内電車一本で 最寄り駅電停①からは広島駅まで約20分 最寄り駅電停②からは平和記念公園､原爆ﾄﾞｰﾑ､広島国際会議場、20~30分程度で到着いたします｡ タクシーでは、10分程度の移動となります。 目の前には、衣食住が揃う 大型ショッピングモール　ゆめタウン広島、コンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン、ファミリーマート）飲食店（お好み焼き、ラーメン、寿司、焼肉、ワッフル、ベーカリーショップ等々）徒歩圏内にあります。

囲炉裏を囲んで仲間とゆっくり過ごせます。風や空模様に季節を感じながら、五右衛門風呂やかまど、昔ながらのスローライフが楽しめます(カセットコンロ、IHヒーター、シャワーあります)。薪ストーブクッキング、屋外でのBBQも出来ます。 　出雲市駅から自動車で10分。出雲大社へは２5分。近くに温泉もあります。20畳の和室がプライベートな寝室で、キッチンとトイレは共有です。蔵に設計事務所を併設していて平日は8時30から18時まで仕事をしています。眺めの良い茅葺の小間もお使い頂けます。 　エアコンもありますが夏は縁側を開け放って蚊帳を掛けると、夏の夜風が快眠を誘います。春から秋は蛙やヒグラシ、鈴虫などの懐かしい声が枕元に届きます。 　炭火や火起こしに不慣れな方はタイミングが合えばお手伝いします。薪は無料、囲炉裏を使う場合はBBQ炭を持参してください。 スーパーマーケットまで1､6キロ、出雲市駅まで5キロです。 田圃道、川土手などのを早朝にウォーキング，ジョギングすると気持ちいいです。 ペットは土間でお願いしています。7，8月は庭のブルベリーをどうぞ。
