Great stay, lots of nice amenities. Area is very walkable, has a tons of bars, restaurants, and stores within steps of the apartment, and is really close to several train stations making it incredibly easy to access the rest of Tokyo. However, as a result of all the neat things to see and do right outside the door, Kabukicho is incredibly loud at almost every hour of the day and night, so definitely bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Yuki was a great host. Super helpful and responsive.

リピーターです。周辺にも食事するところがあり、近くにコンビニもあるので過ごしやすさ抜群です。 室内もゆったりと過ごす事が出来ました。 室内でゆっくりと過ごすのもよし、ここを起点にして、東京観光を楽しむのも良いと思います。 次回もぜひ使わせてもらいます。

숙소위치와 가격 모두 정말 감사하다고 밖에 말할수 없을정도로, 잘 있다 왔습니다. 같이 주무시는분들의 성향에 따라 편안함의 난이도의 고저차가 심하지만, 그럼에도 숙소내에서 식사포장해와서 먹는것도 가능하고, 간이 주방도 있다는 점에서 정말 좋았습니다. 세면대가 없는점 만이 불편함 입니다. 나머지는 도미터리에서 이정도면 정말 좋죠. 특히 이 미친 접근성은 정말 ㅎㅎ

A home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and apartment are both immaculate. The apartment is so homely and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The beds are super comfy. The location is fantastic, so many shops, resistant and even a mall walking distance. Hosts are responsive and kind. Would love to come back and stay here. 10/10

Tucked away on a quiet street, our stay was nothing but perfect. A few minutes walk to the Yamanote line at Takadanobaba Station and with multiple restaurants near by, it’s the ideal location for someone looking for a relaxed area yet close to the typical tourist areas. Oki was nothing but friendly and gave us some amazing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room had all the necessary amenities and the washing machine was so handy for a long stay. Thank you so much Oki for making our first visit to Tokyo so special!

Comfortable stay, quiet area

Perfect choice for short or long stay in Tokyo. Quite near the train station and Tokyo Tower. Very clean room, well equipped. We will definitely come back next time!

Koto was a great host. she helped us with the restaurant recommendation and was responsive when we asked for extra bedding.

Lovely place! Yu was great, and the instructions are clear - the photos are SUPER HELPFUL!! It is very easy to end up at the wrong place, especially if it’s dark when you arrive. The place is clean and comfortable and has a nice little area for small children. The neighborhood has two 7/11s within a short walk, and also close by is a cafe that opens at 7am (for those who may be jet-lagged). The only downside is that Adachi City is quite far from Central Tokyo (probably 60 minutes by train or $70 by taxi). But otherwise, I highly recommend Anime House!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Kumiko and Hirokazu’s Airbnb. They’re kind, engaging hosts who speak good English and are happy to chat about a variety of topics. I was picked up and dropped off at the bus station, and Kumiko even gave me rides to nearby stations when it fit her schedule. Upon arrival, I received a helpful guide with instructions and tips on local sights. The home is spacious and clean, with shared facilities that felt far more comfortable than a typical hotel. I also enjoyed spending time with their sweet pets. Fast Wi-Fi and streaming services were a nice bonus. Machida is a pleasant city, well-situated for day trips to Tokyo, Kyoto, Kanazawa, or Mt. Fuji. Most of my questions were easily answered, and I received great recommendations for places to visit. Extras like access to an e-bike, basic groceries, and the option of delicious home-cooked Asian dinners (for a small fee) made the stay even more special. The value for the money here is incredible!

우리 가족에게는 너무나 훌륭한 공간이었습니다. 첫 해외 여행을 이곳으로 결정한 것은 정말 잘한 선택이었습니다. 아기자기한 소품과 향수를 불러일으킬 고전적인 장치들과 구조는 마음을 떨리게 하였고 아이를 위한 공간이 있어서 전혀 지루해하지 않았습니다. 2층에서 내려오질 않더군요. 주변은 조용하고 일본의 고즈넉함을 느낄수 있으며 기차가 있어서 감정을 더욱 고조시키는 숙소입니다. 다른 분에게도 추천드릴 예정이며, 유미님의 친절하고 빠른 응대에 진심으로 감사합니다. 아이를 키우는 입장으로써 바쁘실텐데 많은 배려를 보여주셨습니다. 다시 한번 감사드립니다.

Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und hat eine tolle Aufteilung. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns sehr gefühlt. Wer eine urjapanische Umgebung fernab von Touristen erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. In der Innenstadt ist man in rund 20 Minuten. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele Supermärkte oder kleine Stores. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war immer super!

とても丁寧な対応で初めての場所でしたが、スムーズに着きました。また、メガネのクリーナーや、お風呂のシャンプー等も用意して頂き、助かりました。タオルも用意してくださいました。また、疲れをマッサージ機器で癒すことも出来ました。近くの小宮公園では鳥のさえずりやマイナスイオンで気持ちの良い散策が出来ました。また機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。

I had an amazing time. The location was perfect and conveniently located near a station and was very easy to get to. The house was very lovely. Host and co-host were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.
