I really liked the place and the peaceful surroundings. Everything felt good and comfortable. A lovely stay!

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

What a gem! My family of 5 stayed here mid-October, off season for South Haven. It was so peaceful and we were able to walk downtown every day. Going to the beach felt like going to the backyard, it was that close. We would have been lost without the beach amenities that were supplied, I greatly appreciated those. My kids loved the play closet. The black out curtains and sound machines in every room were also appreciated. An absolutely wonderful stay and we would come back here in a heartbeat (we could even bring friends, there are SO many beds and sleeping options!).

Host was understanding & very communicative. Location was perfect & space was clean & well organized. Will rent out again in the future!

It was me and my fiancé's 8 year anniversary and thought it was a good to get away for a couple of days to relax and finding this lovely airbnb was the best way to complete our relaxation. There was easy access to and from places in the area such as shopping centers and restaurants or fast food for a quick bite to eat. It was perfectly comfortable just for the two of us and enjoyed every moment. Thank you!

Huge house. 4 big bedrooms. 2 nice size bathrooms. Kitchen was big either plenty of space. Close to beach access and zoo. Quiet neighbor. Restaurants and outlet stores close by. Would recommend staying here! Great host and we enjoyed our time here. Thanks!

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautifully laid out home. Everything we needed was there, it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and perfect for making memories around the fireplace. Tim was responsive right away to the only question we had and gave clear instructions for check in. While this house is right next to another rental, we did not see or hear the guests at that home other than the parking area.

We all walked in and said WOW! It was beautiful and had so much charm. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the cleanest and most organized. We traveled with 3 couples and there was plenty of room to gather and socialize and room to just chill by yourself. The boardwalk made for a wonderful morning walk. Brittany was a terrific host answering any questions I had and providing a list of thing to do in the area. Certainly worth the money! We would definitely stay again. Rita

We enjoyed our stay in Benton Harbor. Our kids loved taking our small dog out for walks and seeing the beach and sunsets nearby. We had a great time on our vacation which was not far from great locations like St. Joe’s, Holland and even Grand Rapids. We highly recommend Ethan’s Air B and B and look forward to coming back in the summer.

This place was perfect for a friends getaway from Chicago!! We loved the fire pits and cozy vibe throughout the property. So lovely all the dog’s life decor❤️ We really enjoyed being so close to Three Oaks, Union Pier, and Warren Dunes! Thank you Pam, you were a great host!!

House was clean upon arrival, their suggestions for things to do in the area were helpful and check in/check out was super easy and convenient.

The house was everything you could ask for. Very comfortable and made you feel at home. Nice little walk to the lake and country surroundings. The host was nice and friendly.

The house is very nice for large families/groups with a ton of space, rooms and beds. The private beach access really makes this house worth it as you can walk out into the backyard and be at the beach in a few minutes! Everything was clean and very nice and I would definitely stay here again if I ever have the opportunity!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

My family of 4 that included a 1 year old and 3 year old loved staying here. The location was right by everything you would need and very walkable. The apartment itself had everything our family needed with this apartment being right on the water so we didn’t have to haul things back and forth. The beach was amazing and the warm salt water pool was a great break when we didn’t want to stay on the beach. What topped it off were the sunsets from the patio area which was HUGE and had plenty of chairs and tables for us to sit and watch. The 3 year old had a great time running and burning the last of her energy while the sun went down. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone that has kids and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!!!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

The place is super cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and the area is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and right at home as I was here for an extended stay! I 100% recommend!

The penthouse was the perfect spot for a family getaway! Rooms were large and well laid out, kitchen had everything we needed, the Michigan city and new Buffalo had lots of great restaurants for dining out or takeout. Everything was immaculately clean, René was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The outside and the neighborhood do not reflect the gem inside! We had a really comfortable stay, and will definitely be back!
